Its a great company's but there is still a lot that needs to be done in the managent all the people that are in the higher position is white people actually there is no growth within the company that is why I'm currently looking for better opportunities of the companies that I can grow

Target driven

It has gotten to a point were I'm not happy with the lack of growth and the fact that sometimes when you reach your target market but you don't reap the rewards,it is said that happy staff produces fruitfull results,I'm willing to learn if given new opportunities and grow myself in a company I've worked in a training branch when I first started at atlas training new branch manager's n consultancies but at the end of the day they got paid more than you and received more than you.I've enjoyed meeting new people from all walks of life and that feeling you get when someone comes back and tells you that they have belt a new house or took their kids to school with the money you loaned them.

Excellent learning curve

It is a great opportunity to hone in my sales and admin skills. great training and support provided by senior and more experienced agents. have had a awesome time with the company and would advises others to work there for the experience.

Atlas was the nice company to work on ,I did learn a lot even admin work (my senior work) but due to long hours and lack of communication towards my previous admin it become Hart for me

A WONDERFUL TIME AN GRADE TO WORK FOR ATRLAS FINANCE

I HAVE LEARN SO MUCH THE TIME I WORK THERE AT MY FRIENDS WAS AMAZING EVERYDAY WAS BLESSING WE PRAY SO WE REACH OUR DAILY TARGET FOR HER DAY. LOVE TO BRING IN NEW CLIENTS EACH DAY I LOVE THAT IS HEART TO SELL A CLIENT TO COME IN AN TAKE MONEY BUT WAS VERY GOOD

2 years experience working in the retail industry. Implemented aggressive sales strategies and marketing plans to optimize sales and increase returning customer numbers. Acted as assistant manager at muvex itc, working personally with customers as their personal shopper. Currently taking courses in marketing online, sales strategies, and business management at bayport finance , working towards diploma in business managenment

Excellent learning experience

You get adhoc instructions while you are busy with payroll processing. Because I work fast they take advantage of that. If I do not know something I fiddle till I can work with it
