Good

To work at Atlas is good because we working as a team even though we are on separate departments,Yes sometimes we don't see eye to eye but at the end we reach our target as a team, Sometimes the manager will talk unprofessionally with staff but after work we sit down and share our views for that day and come up with solutions so that everyone feel happy at work.

Pros: It great working for Atlas because I have gained experience on how to work or talk to customers and also that when you work you must also teach others on what you have e.g skill,because you can never know everything in this world
Cons: Working hours was good because I can have time for my family

So interesting to work with the system and easy to find out what you want

I'm dedicated hard working person with a good customer service experience outstanding organisation planning and interpersonal skills with the ability to cope well as well as the team . I like working with people and also with the management team

Pros: I got the opportunity of being a front office manager while the manager is at work
Cons: 8 hours a day

My key skills include

have six years and seven months of experience in documentation scanning, payroll activities, ESS approving leave, loading of documentation on HR e.g. Warnings, hearings, counseling, performance reviews and interviews and answering telephones. I was recognized at Atlas Finance for my work ethic, where I have been employed as a Payroll & HR Administrator for six years and eight months since June 2014. I have five years’ experience working on VIP payroll and three-years’ experience working on People 300. My key skills include high attention to detail, the ability to run a payroll, and excellent telephone manner. I am also adept with MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Excellent learning curve.

III love my job a lot because i am able to assist people. I have a good relationship with my colleagues. This job has helped enhance my customer service. I am happy if i can make a client smile at my service. It makes me sad if im unable to assist due to affordability.

I got passion on working with numbers

I got a potential to unleash my skills in a company tgat will need my services in asstisting them and maintaining the lead of its trend amongst other company's. A good team relationship always brings good performance as well as time management. Working with numbers is my passion

Opportunity to learn and grow

I worked long hours especially during month ends ( 06:00 am till 19:30 pm) most days. I was never late with any of my deadlines and always tried to grow in my field. Learning is always strongest character, and prided myself in learning any new information that could assist me in approving my work.

Pros: Great colleagues that always stood with me.
Cons: Work always followed me home

Excellent learning curve

I have learnerd to work in teams for a single goal.I work face to face with clients and I love working with people.Challenges I face is impatience and having to deal with difficult clients.
