i work under a health institute its a non government institute we collect data from the facilities for an overall stats , weekly , monthly , quarterly and annualy for our funders.

Exceelent learning curve

Working for Aurum has been an eye opener, facility that i am working in is very busy so in that way you learn new things almost everyday. you must be very observant and vigilant when enter data asour facility is being visited regurlarly by the funder. relationship between the co-worker is good we work as team aurum and DOH staff. i believe some of the targets set up bythe funder are unrealistic.

Excellent learning curve

Being able to work with a group of people was one of the things I learned .working as a team and under pressure, bring able to stay calm in situations. Challenges were having to look for lost files and documents

Excellent Learning

Being a data Capturer is challenging. Because everyday I deal with a PC, there's no rest,ROM 7:30 am to 5:00 pm. Sometimes I deal with rude patients, thee who lie about their HIV status.

Pros: Learning more about Art and TB patients
Cons: Working with patients that are from your neighborhood

Good to learn work and enjoy

I love working with people because I learn to be independent.can work under pressure and without supervision and with supervision.I can work within a team.I am a hotter.i can produce results even under pressure.I love being social worker
