Hard work, will always give my all.
I am motivated to work hard and everything I do I do it to the best that I can. I do not shy away from a challenge. I’m always at work and give more that 100% in my work. I’m fully computer literate. Can work on Word, Excel, Outlook and Power point. Any work I do I do it to the best I can. I’m not scared to learn more than I already now.

Best Interpersonal Communication
I am employed at Bidvest Protea Coin security company as a security officer for ABSA data centre. Iworking in my company requires a vigilant and diligent person whose highly well knowlegeable and proactive. The safety of the company's assets abd personnel are my major goal when it comes to my duties. The relationship between myself and my co-workers are one of the best experience I ever had. I also work closer to the manager and subsequently learnt a lot from them. I work 3 days shifts and 3 night and these has make me to stay balanced and flexible. I like challenges and regard it as a personal growth and learning.

Learning more oppotunities
It's good to work for Bidvest Protea Coin but as a person i need growth and move to other companies. In a typical day I completed various administrative duties as well, including answering phones, drafting documents and emails, filing and greeting customers and so on. i also learned work as a team. I enjoy it when am not left behind with my work

Exellent experience opportunity
Daily I am responsible for managing all operational activities regarding the safety and security on three mine areas as requested by the clients. Furthermore I manage all the other work related issues for all the Bidvest Protea Coin employees on my contracts e.g. Disciplinary hearings, CCMA cases, recruitments in order to ensure that all contract requirements are met. I have a very good relationship with all my employees and a lot of employees has been working with me for a long time. My job is very challenging seeing that every day is different and I must really at times be able to make quick decisions in order for operations to run smoothly. I really enjoy my work and do not mind long working hours

Learned leadership skills
I have investigation skills and have a good knowledge for the Security Services position. I also possess a fire arm and a driver's licence for motor vehicle. I am currently working under security industry at ABSA data center in Midrand. I deal in escorting and safe guard the Data Centre. The most challenges is the clients who doesn't take orders I give to them. I also work in the control room and I am well knowledgeable.

Self motivation and learning new things
I have learned that at some point you have to begin small in order to reach your destiny and have to be honest and hard working. The seniors are positive people who take life seriously and they inspired me to do good and be dedicated to my work.

Customary service
long hours, need you to focus and attentive to detail. working in the customer environment, brings a lot of challenges, facing customer complaints, and dealing with hard and aggressive guests. it takes a lot of skill to handle hard situations. Challenges very on a day to day basis, i could be dealing with an important docket, then a phone call comes, were i have to assist and injured guest then an employee would demand my attention because she is/he is sick results go from the mos important occurrence to then; lias my other colleague to take care of the other problems that occur. Learned how to handle pressure and deal with situations. i love that i meet different people every day and not every one will treat you the same. so its always best to smile and give them a warm welcome.

Good Working Enviroment
A day start at 06:00am and end at 18:00pm. Effective communication with the co-workers makes us achieve good working results at the end of each shift. I have learned that partnership at work reduces number of complains each month. I enjoy the shift that ends without customer complains. The most challeging aspect is when I deal with difficult customers.

First always be on time and arrive with a smile on my face and leave home at home. Be friendly and kind to everyone yet be firm. Besides being firm I need to get to know all employees so that I can pick up when something is wrong and assist if possible keeping in mind that it os a work place. Always treat others the way I want to be treated. Working hard and compliying to procedures will alway keep you on track and will give a successful outcome in any situation. Having poeple contact and always being busy. Always having a challenge and looking for methods to increase production flow. Accepting everything don't always go as planned but always find a way to turn it into my favour.
