I have learn to work individualy and in a group
its a good company and I have learn a lot and experience new things that I want to use and improve myself in other company. and my typical work daily was good checking cars entering the premises and searching every person enter the building and make sure everything is in order .and I have good working relationship with my co-workers and I enjoy working night shift because its nice and cool the most challenging aspect is when we are short staffed.
Pros: there are lot of great opportunity for promotion but if you are a relative of someone in the management
Cons: we work normal hours required by the company

Listening skills
Listening skills and communication skills the clients or my crews member.my relationship with my co_worker is good if someone seems like a bad mood I courage him or her by speaking the work of God because I know he or she will continue to work hard.Every day at my work I learnt that I work with different people's and those they don't think same ideas so I must cope with them same way.At my work enjoying work under bad condition.most of the people's they are hate each other if he or she got high position and most of people they are undermining the security officers they think maybe most of us we are not educated but that things not pulling me down to do my job

Learnt a lot in the company company was good with lack of management
Lack of management in the company, the company is good Manged to learn more from the company the experience I gat can go anywhere Leading a team was my favorite opportunity in a working environment The manager was giving too much attention to the client than managing the security internally The was lots of conflict wich the manager failed to manage that or solve that The was internally fraud that was going on was one of the that managed to put end of the fraud
Pros: Work was great but hard, learnt a lot with full of experience and able to work with a team
Cons: Working long OVERTIME with no pays but with no complaints

Good company
Bidvest Protea Coin is a close knit family team and a good company to work for. Unfortunately there is not much growth oppertunities. Lately only employing interns so a bit diffocult to get in.

Excellent experience
The company is about 25000 people strong, I do the payroll for one of the small sites - 600 peoples salary advises as well as the Hr clerk. I am also assisting in all ways possible as I am excellent with Excel and lots of the other departments require my assistance in worksheets and formulas being drawn up to make that departments life easier.

NICE ENVIRONMENT TO LEARN
Good company Nice set up to work for Great team players Long hours shifts Bad client. Huge volume of work. Regardless good company to work for, individuals commitment should match compensation. It a high pressure position to be in.

Excellent work experience
I've been working there for 4 years and it was great to work there as I learn more It was the most experience I never learn and now i'm ready to learn more and grow my career high or more if I can be given a chanche to do so.

Easy to Learn
Im an experience Control Room Operator,Guarding Controller,Cctv Controller,Reaction Controller,Security Officer,Security Supervisor also have drivin experience im in the security industry it more than 10 years now,im willing to grow more in the industry.
