Taught me a lot

i am young hard worker and team leader who likes working with people but also able to work independently without supervision, the most challenging aspects is to work for the employer who has no trust in you and makes the working environment not conducive

Pros: i am hard work and always reaches target and go beyond expectation, i am always loved by the people i work with
Cons: I strive to reach the target to such an extent that i will sacrifice knocking and leave the site uncovered

Debtors and cashbook manager

Sending out Nedbank bankstatement daily, ensure allocations are done on Sap to the cotrect debtors accounts, ensure the debtors collect the money the are responsible for, ( targets), sorting out queries on debtors accounts, responsible for loan accounts and balancing, responsible for the review of debtors invoices, and month end for debtors and cadh book, i am hard working and very responsible.

An eye opening

Interacting with different people as we do access control , screening baggages and doing body search and monitoring Arch metal detector. Relationship with co-workers is good as the channel of communication is clear and comprehensible . I've learned that the ability to listen and act on client s complaints is vital . Enjoyed attending theoritical training and applying that practically at work environment . Standing at one place for long hours is a challenge

Excellent place to learn and grow

I am response officer who is responsible to attend signals and assist supervision and management duties. I enjoy working in security industries and perform the security security duties. It makes me to learn how to work with people. It also make me to learn how to perform security duties, how to protect company property, people, information, and finance. I now know how to apply security risk control measures to protect the company against the wrong does.

Experience with people

I am doing fingerprints and access cards for contractors to access the estate. And work at Home owners association reception at times when the lady who works there is sick. I interact with different kinds of people, i have learnt to be patient on how to handle different kinds of people.

Excellent learning curve and good experience.

An ease working environment with co-workers that are willing to share information, the place taught me a lot and i was able to put a lot of theory in practice. Even though i wanted to pursue development n analysis, working with time and attendance has taught me a lot of troubleshooting skills.

Working bad e.g. As a delivery guy, maintenance guy and plumber

I enjoy working nights because no working maintenance and plumbing since I am not a good person for the job. I prefer to be taught 1st how to operate in such conditions. I'm a security officer not a garden boy who can dig whole for pipelines.
