Excellent leaening curve
Working as security for my company is not bad. Just that we working lot of hours but we get paid small wage. We face challenges on access control mostly. Some ppl comes late at work and expect us not to register them as they try to cover time. So they make it our problem. They expect us not to do our job but sympathise for them. You end up arguing with that person. She/he will end up hating you.
Pros: There are few opportunities for promotion. Because even if there is a post. We're the last to know that.

I am responsible for helping people who are coming in and out by informing their host that their visitors have arrived .registering them to the relevant register book.giving them directions

GOOD LEARNING

Excellent learning curve
Guarding division it's an environment where as a security officer I need to be very vigilant and focused. I've learnt to be focused on my role and make decisions which does not bring a negative impact on the client's site. The most enjoyable moment is when I work nightshift where there are few staff members to manage.

Hard work, will always give my all.
I am motivated to work hard and everything I do I do it to the best that I can. I do not shy away from a challenge. I’m always at work and give more that 100% in my work. I’m fully computer literate. Can work on Word, Excel, Outlook and Power point. Any work I do I do it to the best I can. I’m not scared to learn more than I already now.

Best Interpersonal Communication
I am employed at Bidvest Protea Coin security company as a security officer for ABSA data centre. Iworking in my company requires a vigilant and diligent person whose highly well knowlegeable and proactive. The safety of the company's assets abd personnel are my major goal when it comes to my duties. The relationship between myself and my co-workers are one of the best experience I ever had. I also work closer to the manager and subsequently learnt a lot from them. I work 3 days shifts and 3 night and these has make me to stay balanced and flexible. I like challenges and regard it as a personal growth and learning.

Learning curve
I am a woman that gets things done. I don’t see problems, I see opportunities. I have a great insight and people respect my opinion and seek my guidance. I am curious and see each new experience as an opportunity to grow. I always see the best in people and am able to take the rough with the smooth. I am in perfect balance of night and day. There is only truth in what I do. I am rational and logical. I know the devil is in the details and therefore I strive to make decisions based on fact. I am myself, I don’t lie and aren’t fake people love me for who I am. I am an excellent organizer and people know they can depend on me. Philosophy in life “ALWAYS treats others as you would want to be treated”

Self motivation and learning new things
I have learned that at some point you have to begin small in order to reach your destiny and have to be honest and hard working. The seniors are positive people who take life seriously and they inspired me to do good and be dedicated to my work.

Customary service
long hours, need you to focus and attentive to detail. working in the customer environment, brings a lot of challenges, facing customer complaints, and dealing with hard and aggressive guests. it takes a lot of skill to handle hard situations. Challenges very on a day to day basis, i could be dealing with an important docket, then a phone call comes, were i have to assist and injured guest then an employee would demand my attention because she is/he is sick results go from the mos important occurrence to then; lias my other colleague to take care of the other problems that occur. Learned how to handle pressure and deal with situations. i love that i meet different people every day and not every one will treat you the same. so its always best to smile and give them a warm welcome.
