Excellent Learning curve

it was okay nothing wrong with the people that work its just that everyone will eventually knw your business because of the talkative people and the management is unprofessional and very bias when it comes to decision making

Pros: great opportunity for growth

Long working hours

Typical work day includes answering incoming calls, 12 hrs of working a day for 4 days a week. The co-workers and team leaders are nice to work with. Strong organisational culture.I enjoyed the incentives offered such as vouchers cars. The most challenging part about rge job was dealing wirh angry customers daily. I learned skills on how to b calm when handling different types of customers and different situations

Pros: Incentives
Cons: Long working hours

Good IT Foundation

A good company to get into to start your career. Not a place you want to be in more then a few years at most. A lot of experience to be gained. Salary is significantly below average unless you are from overseas working as a director or other exec.

Pros: You can learn alot by working with alot of different people.
Cons: Doesnt pay much. To much favouritism
