Learnt great time management
I've learnt a lot of things from my time here like time management. It's a great experience as you learn to manage yourself, there isn't any micro-management involved. You get to meet different people from other backgrounds as well as learn from them.
Pros: Self-management
Cons: No opportunity for promotion

I am an experience hungry young lady.
I used to work for a company that requires me to teach English as a second language to juniors, adolescents as well as adults. Moreover I have worked twice as a receptionist before and managed front desk completely well in both companies. My reason for. Leaving my receptionist job was due to my Return to school. In both industries I streached my ss of customer service. I've learnt how to master customer service, problem solving and being a fast learner
Pros: Fast learner
Cons: Working at night

Callforce is not what it seems.
I honestly wouldn't suggest Callforce to anyone, as their job advertisement was misleading. They don't understand that days are not the same. As in I'd reach my target early and be able to reach a higher target, then tomorrow it may not be the case. You get punished for that. They'll take you of the dialer for an hour or two if you're unfortunate L. Overall the people there are great.
Pros: Great for experience
Cons: Long hours and no basic salary

Challenging experience
One arrives at work late at night and there's no guarantee of any work, as in classes, therefore you're hoping that there might be classes for one to teach. A relationship with colleagues is difficult to maintain due to the lack of job security. I enjoyed the use of the internet and being able to attend other matters whilst doing the work however it is a waste of time and money. I have learnt that the job is not suitable for any adult with bills to pay because nothing about supports such a life. The most challenging aspect of the job is having to pretend to be happy and bubbly whilst you're being mistreated or bullied.
Pros: Flexible hours
Cons: Remuneration is low and commission is not guaranteed
