Very high class level of services

Been with the company for a quite some but havent grown

Excellent working condition but no growth as they tend to hire externally and you have to wait a long time to grow. The employees love what they do and are great at helping team members. The most challenging part is trying to grow but I enjoy working and meeting new people.

Cons: Long working hours and no hard to grow in the company

i think im ready to apply what i have learned elsewhere

I like working with people a lot but i think i can do a lot better in a bigget place where i get to deal with more than what i am doing now, i know i will be able to adjust because i was brought up in the city and not used to where i am now

It has been a very long Good learning curve of my work experience.

Mi must say is a best company to work for, not regretting any year I've spent. You grow yourself at any point if you want to. They give all the resources and it's all up to you if you using them or applying to.

Client service is number 1, working with my colleagues is like having a family that I can count on with duties and split responsibilities, what I enjoy is interacting with people and learning more about my market I let them do more of the talking while pursuing my goal of closing the deal

Great working environment

I am currently working for an agency. I enjoy working at the company im at, however i have a child so i would like to be at a job where i know i am a permanent employee and dont have to worry about being put off from work due to there being no work or not enough work. I enjoy everything about my job, i have worked in a few different departments and i havent had any problems. However the only thing is the stress of not knowing how long im going to be work or when im going to be put off.

Pros: The overtime
Cons: Working for an agency and being put off when theres few work.
