Challenging

Im an individual who works hard at getting my working environment duties done. Icer got an good eye for detail and only give my best at all times. Nothing is big of a challenge for me. I assist in revamps and opening of stores which are giving my 100%

Good exposure to another level of retail

I am a leader of a sales team and I make it a point that they are always motivated and ready to achieve that sales targets. I have learnt a lot of product knowledge and different retail strategy on how to enhance and develop a relationship with fellow employees and clients. I enjoy working with people and see the hard work turning to achievements and goals , I enjoy motivating the team and the most challenging part of my work finding a replacement strategy and convince my team that the initial strategy did not work and finally making them to abiode and accept the new strategy

Experienced Operations Manager

Good day, Trust this message finds you and the team well. A typical day for me starts with a morning power meeting discussing figures, training and touching base with staff to establish their mind set for the day. Only important admin work such as visual merchandising campaigns, price changes, consolidations, stock control or feedback to head office for pilot systems or standards takes me away from the retail floor. I always try my best to keep staff in the know by passing my knowledge to them and encourage development out of them. This has build a great relationship with staff. Customers look for my input as I am a active ambassador for the brand. Mostly due to being able to give truthful feedback on our products to them. With regards to challenging aspects in the business it was learning all the systems. We currently have over 5 systems that I use on a daily bases. This excludes the pilot tests from head office.

Excellent learning opportunities

My current company is very big with a lot of external people who looking for opportunities in the company. That makes growth more challenging. There's internal and external competitors. If you want to growth you need to be the most talk about and outstanding employee. There's a lot of opportunities and challenges in the company. As a Assistant - or Store Manager we need to be on a high standard daily and consistant. The company has a great culture and a very popular reputation. The employees has multiple benefits and get paid very well.

Place of growth

The company allows people to get their first working experience. Offers great customer service buy selling the best quality clothing. On a daily basis we sell clotthing to customers by fulfilling their needs. Work in team and learning that team work is important.
