Great place shifts not great

Great company and I am a very hardworking person matches perfectly with the standards of capita shift work till 11 leaves a person with no personal life to grow and expand looking for a company that can grow as I grow to both have goals to set and achieve in specific times as well as support the individual growth to better themselves and community aswell

Pros: Great environment
Cons: Terrible shifts
