vMy working hours is currently 9 hours a day with a helpdesk mailbox of about 100 queries a day. I process terminations for about 200 employees a month, run reports monthly for different campaigns. I process deductions and benefits on SAP. I approve banking details on Workday and clear smartcases. I then check to see that the interface from Workday and Aida feeds through correctly.

Excellent working curve
I have quite a big bond with everyone at work because am a very talkative person and bubbly. I have learnt that not everyone is equal, but treat the them equal with respect. We all come from different back grounds and culture. But we all equal in God's eyes. I enjoy helping and teaching everyone. I also enjoy to learn something new everyday. When I cam to the company I was fresh from school am did not have much experience, I enjoy everything that I have learnt at work. Being with everyone. And working with experienced people so that day by day you learn new things. Servers. That is the Mos difficult part tfor me only because where I work, servers are in the UK, and you don't have any power on configuring and have an Idea what is wrong.

Capita is a great place to work it's just that management needs to be more understanding and also that people have family responsibility that looks at us whilst at work. Their proccesses also needs to meet what their customer needs

Life at Capita
My typical day would start off early. I'm a very thorough person and like srarrubg my day prepared. (I'm usually the first to arrive) I open up my systems and check any news feeds or hubs, so I can know if anything new needs to be implemented as NY job requires on the job learning. I say a pray and think about the reason why I'm at my employment. Being friendly and warm is my overall approach with each call. I believe it's been the key to getting my through the day. My relationship with my Coworkers aren't complex. I select my tribe well and know who I want in my circle. What I've learnt is that you need your be very strong and really have your head screwed on the right way of you work at Capita. The pressure is very high and if you're not self motivated, you will crumble. What I enjoy most is the coffee , finding myself each day , making me realize that I'm so much more than what I am now and the free transportations provided.

Good company to work for, just lacks corporate structure. Company looks after its employees well, and has very go CSI schemes. What I enjoyed mist was getting to work alongside many different types of people everyday, and learning to and understand a new environment for me.

I have great relationships with my co-workers, we work well together as a team.
I have great relationships with my co-workers, we work well together as a team and our team leader is very supportive.There is great opportinity for growth, however the hours are qute long and the salary is not ideal for the amount of work being done.
