Motivated after 4 & 6+ months

After 4 years and 6+ months, I still am enjoying my work at Capita. The incentive my manager set up, motivates us, keeps us competitive. I mean common hitting 15 surveys on 100% to reach the incentive goal is a bit tough, as customers have their own opinion when reading your email response. Yet you have some control on a live chat. I've learned that I am good at what I do. My manager decided I could only participate once a month and not every week, as I'm wining the weekly incentive. My team and I are like a family. Helping each and every team mate who is having a tough time getting to the top. The challenging aspects are the rotational shifts. It's okay now and then but, sometimes working 4 shifts in a week can mess one up. I would really enjoy not working weekends or working from home. I would to start fresh. Find something a bit more challenging perhaps with an nice salary increase.

Learning and growth opportunities. Fun and competitive.

I learned to manage teams. I can do data capturing. I can liaison with clients and keep performance consistent e people who would rather see you fall then rise. One leader does not care about the people who work under them

Loyal company

I worked really hard to ensure that I will again a promotion and start a career with in the quality assurance field , I even took up a internal study programme for it however people who started 3 years later with no experience received the position while I was doing coaching for a year prior to that person starting with the company

Currently working from home since last year

Great customer resolution and account management experience

I've learned about providing the best quality of service for all types of customers with the skill of problem solving, processing requests, refunds, referrals and working with accounts and being fully aware of the data protection act. I work well under pressure during seasonal services when sales and complaints increase and provide as much support to co-workers as possible without affecting my duties. I enjoy providing resolutions, managing customer data and providing satisfactory service by following the required procedures. I experience new quiries on a daily basis as I work telephonically as well as via e-mail correspondence and take pride in ensuring that my employers flourish.

Good learning curve

It is a very good environment, alot of pressure and teaches you to multitask and always put your customers first, You have to take control of the call and use positive words in every call and apply all the Capetonian 8 principles

Ability to work on all their campaigns.

Goid place to wotk at, provide transport but long hours and campaigns have different perks and cons opened new branch in maitland lots of campaigns to choose from very processed and supportive always makes sure staff is able to get to and from work with realiable transport.........lovely culture and easy to work yourself up

I gained the skill of working as a team, engagement through coaching, 121 and daily huddles, be an innovator, target driven and leading a healthy competition against achieving required KPI's
