Always keen to learn and gain more experience
I would like to experience other retail companies since cash crusaders can not pay enough money for the work that im doing. I want more experience in other environment

I lean nothing but working as a team
I was a cashier. I was dealing with customers face to face on a daily basis. I was responsible to do payments and answer any question asked by the customers e.g. asking if we do not have the specific item. we were working as a team that's what I was enjoying most of the time. I also leant that working as a team is the strong weapon to overcome any challenge that may arise in the workplace and it make life easy for everyone. the most challenge we f ace was customer enquire and customer behavior where customer sometimes insult workers and leave the store without buying any thing. our management was nice and was willing to listen to us as a workers, always they were motivating us to obtain high sales.

Cons: working hours was 08:30 to 18:00

I am a self-disciplined and principled individual who believes that success is achievable when one accepts change and is willing to face opposition in order to secure a deep thought of vision and better his views to cooperate governance in whatever field one embarks. I am of no doubt that a position in any organization will be a challenge that I will gladly tackle with passion and enthusiasm, to fulfill its objectives, to the best of my abilities

WORKING FOR THE COMPANY IS THE DREAM COME TRUE BUT YOU NEED TO BE VERY CAREFUL CAUSE WE WORK CUSTOMER PROPERTIES.WHAT I ENJOY THE MOST IS TEAM WORK HELPING EACH OTHER TO MAKE SURE THAT THE JOB IS DONE IN TIME AND PERFECT. I LEARNED THAT IF YOU LIKE SOMETHING YOU DEDICATE YOURSELF.I ENJOYED PUT A SMILE TO EVERYONE 'S FACE MORE OF ALL OUR TO SEE OUR CUSTOMER HAPPY AND SATISFIED WHEN LEAVING THE SHOP. MOST CHALLENGING ASPECTS OF THE JOB IS TO REPORT VERY SUSPICIOUS PERSON THAT ENTER THE STORE CAUSE IF NOT AND THEY STILL SOMETHING YOU ARE NOT DOING YOUR JOB CAUSE WE DEAL WITH HIGH VALUE PRODUCT ,SO YOU MUST BE SHARP AND FLEXIBLE.

Nice a friendly place to work in
At Cash Crusaders, Silverton, employees are friendly and loving. It was nice having you help customers with computer related problems especially software related problems I enjoyed interacting with new people on a daily basis, a humans personality is just incredible to work with as it helps u see yourself from a different perspective.
