I'm very grateful for the experience i'm gaining for this company but the working conditions are not suitable for my abilities anymore. I need new challenges,new developments

Pros: There's no opportunity for promotion due to many of the staff are much experienced
Cons: The working hours are long and the fact that the salary is noy worth the hours

I am very passionate and a hard woking person

I am a friendly person to work with and also a hard working person and a fast learner as well and most important thing is that i have alwys reached ma target and always be on time no mater what how far I am. Thank you !!!

Pros: I will work very hard and reach my goals no mater how long it takes or less or always be the best i can be to achieve in my work

1 Typical day at work is in the morning rush when we price stock collectively 2 My relationship with my co-workers is very solid and smooth 3 a lot of thing that I've learnt like Being a D.J 4 what I enjoy most , is when the stock is all price and ready to make their way to the retail floor to sell 5 the most challenging part of the jos the you gonna handle constant Customer queries

WORKING FOR THE COMPANY IS THE DREAM COME TRUE BUT YOU NEED TO BE VERY CAREFUL CAUSE WE WORK CUSTOMER PROPERTIES.WHAT I ENJOY THE MOST IS TEAM WORK HELPING EACH OTHER TO MAKE SURE THAT THE JOB IS DONE IN TIME AND PERFECT. I LEARNED THAT IF YOU LIKE SOMETHING YOU DEDICATE YOURSELF.I ENJOYED PUT A SMILE TO EVERYONE 'S FACE MORE OF ALL OUR TO SEE OUR CUSTOMER HAPPY AND SATISFIED WHEN LEAVING THE SHOP. Not looked after

Although the company is a great place to learn various things such as cash flow, profit margins, as well as how many items work and their value, I do not feel appreciated for the work I do and how often I go over the top for a customer or colleague alike. Although I have learnt alot. I need more to be able to grow.

Always nice learning new stuff and different work experiences that will keeps you productive

My typical work normal starts @7h40 when I have to setup store and sort out my buyers and staff, when Co workers arrive by 8h15 they sort out the stock and we discuss the retail new price vs second market value, wot I've learnt in retail is that treat each and every 1 as you like to be treat then your path will always stay open for good business in your environment, what I enjoy most is being hands on in alota situations satisfying customer needs and giving them value for money and very important giving them a most interesting shopping experience whenever they enter the shop,most challenging aspect in such an environment is usual handling customer complaints and making sure they handled the right way.

I am working at Cash Crusaders as a part time.

I work as sales person giving customers the warm welcome as they enter the door I make them feel at home.I have study sales & able to practice it as I am dealing with customers daily.I met different customers & get to to know them better at times you get to meet difficult customers and you have to be polite and listen to them and let the customer vent if you cannot able to solve the problems you call your superior. I want to meet more people and work with a team that is flexable.

Pros: We are currently welcoming customers from the door and show them our goods and make sure you convinced a customer to buy or get interested in the item.
