Iam mostly working with customers

I work in a friendly environment, handling complaints, booking for repair, ordering stock, doing high value check, making sure customers are satisfied by reaching solutions, handling cash, doing banking, training about products knowledge, data capturing for buying things of warranty, selling. I enjoy making a friendly environment, and meet the objectives or the goals of the company for the day, most challenging is handling complaints for angry customers. The relationship with co-workes is excellent I learnt to work with different characters of people, different kinds of clients. Iam part of management

Good work experiance

Working there has taught me a lot about customer service. I deal with different people everyday I have have patients, know how to handle complaints, to be a good negotiator and to motivate my team. Working hard and under pressure to reach target s,pushing my team to do better. I enjoy working with people and mostly sharing ideas together The company itself has made me grow and I am thankful for that.

Lots of experience

Cash crusaders its fun place to work at you meet different people with different personalities. I have sharpen my negotiating skills and problem solving skills . we work as team n as a family

Great experience

Since I was unemployed as a student they gave me an opportunity to prove myself in the working field. I loved it and I had a great time. I have learned a lot.

Pros: I enjoyed working for the company although I used to find my manager was illiterate. He gave me a lot of challenges that I used to enjoy. Without him knowing
Cons: If the ask us to work longer hours it's fine with me or an extra day.

I am very passionate and a hard woking person

I am a friendly person to work with and also a hard working person and a fast learner as well and most important thing is that i have alwys reached ma target and always be on time no mater what how far I am. Thank you !!!

I am working at Cash Crusaders as a part time.

I work as sales person giving customers the warm welcome as they enter the door I make them feel at home.I have study sales & able to practice it as I am dealing with customers daily.I met different customers & get to to know them better at times you get to meet difficult customers and you have to be polite and listen to them and let the customer vent if you cannot able to solve the problems you call your superior. I want to meet more people and work with a team that is flexable.

Pros: We are currently welcoming customers from the door and show them our goods and make sure you convinced a customer to buy or get interested in the item.

. I am certain of my abilities as a sales and customer service orientated individual. I Have worked at Cash Crusaders for 4 years: A year as a salesman, and thereafter I was promoted to a Buyer/Stock controller position.

Pros: Excellent work environment
Cons: No growth prospects

A good working enviroment

Its a good working enviroment, I learn something new everyday and learn more about different products. Employees work well with each other even though sometimes we may have a fallout but at the end of the day we are like a family.

Excellent

It was a very enjoyable workplace, we were able to meet our montlhy sales target. It was a fun environment hence we were able to interact with customers and develop a good relationship with them. We were a good team that helped one another and made sure that the company doesn't suffer due to the absence of one of ours. I enjoyed working with different people and being able to meet different customers and made sure that i close the sales more especially the big ones. I had to come across challenges such as: .Dealing with an unfriendly or short tempered customers. . Dealing with angry customers who brought back an item which gave them faults or they couldn't assemble it or connect it in a correct manner.

Pros: Great opportunity to learn more about retail industry and what it entails
Cons: Long working hours and less off days
