A Challenging experience.

Very stressful demanding position, with a great deal of legal requirements, but also very exciting and challenging. You have to work as a team to ensure all systems can be in place at all times creating a safe and tranquil work environment, ensure that all franchise requirements is being met, to be able to achieve. To treat people with respect and dignity.

A great experience and you gain knowledge about gadgets and other equipments

Great team work between staff members We have a great relationship with our customers There is pressure but i can handle it The owner doesn't have a food relationship with his staff He is always negative He does motivate his staff He never aknowledges a great work

Moving forward and learning

As a buyer, you are required to buy goods from the customers, and be up to date with the latest pricing and trends, have an exceptional customer relationship with clients, have the know how to deal with difficult customers at all times

Good training sector

I enjoyed working with clients as well as staff members we had it was a good strong team to work with,i learnt to negotiate,make sales ,test products, etc i enjoyed working with the team we had

Excellent learning curve

Sales and marketing buying and selling.handling customer making sure that customers buy goods that best suits their needs and products that are garanteed to be used.our vision and goal mission was to be the frist choice retail store in our community

Not looked after

Although the company is a great place to learn various things such as cash flow, profit margins, as well as how many items work and their value, I do not feel appreciated for the work I do and how often I go over the top for a customer or colleague alike. Although I have learnt alot. I need more to be able to grow.

Fast leaner and easy adopter

I work as a sales rep and cashier but im only paid for sales rep , im not working e quivalent job to my qualification as a sale rep and cashier so my plan is to get a new job paying a permanent which will suit my needs and wants
