General Assistant.
I am currently a General Assistant at Cash build my typical work includes assisting and interacting with customers a lot, receiving stock, order stock and inventory on hand etc. as written in my CV. I am currently learning a lot and I enjoy the most helping customers. My relationship with my core workers has been great as we working as team to make the company going forward ,the only challenging matter of the job is working on weekends regularly.
Pros: learning and gaining experience.
Cons: working on weekends.

Better offer
Im a good communicator ,I really love working with customers and im willing to train positions i can also work overtime. Im very passionate and I love helping my colleagues and my manager when the is a load of work

Learning curve
You work hard and then their friends come and take up positions that they don't understand and still get increases and performance bonu. To are spoken to in rude ways. Infront of everyone. You are hurt and crying is seen as weak. Nobody cares about your family that you have to leave your kids without food till 11 at nightses

I have been in retail over 20 years and I'm learning on daily basis.
I am working with amazing people and are learning new things about myself everyday. I am comfortable to speak on all levels and my job requires that I communicate with every person in our organisation. This is a fast paced industry and for the sake of the customer service I had to change my method of managing staff, inventory and customers alike. I've learned new systems and have a wide spread knowledge of the products Cashbuild provide.

Excellent learning curve
As a retailer type of industry everyday is quite a busy day not only just serving customer, surving suppliers also maintain workshop standard. My relationship with my colleagues is well as I get along with everyone being part of the workforce has thought me so much interms of communication and people understanding and the what I enjoy the most is to see a customer satisfied with my service and the most challenging is to deal with an difficult customer.

As a procurement Manager you do everything, from filing, admin and change request, checking advertising leaflet. Co-workers are nice to work with also help each other. Treatment depends on whom you are! A very Autocratic management style. Analysing data was enjoyable. Great retail experience I gained. A very challenging environment.

Hard worker
I'm a hard worker , I always maintain a good relationship with my colleagues and management. Cashbuild employed me as a General assistant after a month they promoted me to be a cashier after another month they promoted me to be a receiving admin clerk. There is a growth at Cashbuild.
Pros: Cashbuild is one the companies that promote growth
Cons: There is no time to rest in holidays and even on weekends

Excellent
I'm an innovative person like to work as a team and my experience at the company was excellent but the most challenging thing is to to deal with starbon people but I finds it exiting because it was like a mission to accomplished to me.

Good learning curve
its hard work for a female if you are not a cashier,everything in the store is too hevy an you also have to work under preasure an you need to be a fast learner as you will need to do cortations an know everything that the ccampany is all about.
