Best company one has ever worked for.

No time for yourself , family and friends.Pressure and workload escalates but no salary adjustment.Relationship with staff is good but not with senior management, otherwise enjoyed being groomed to where I am today.

Pros: I have worked through the positions from cashier to store manager in a blink of an eye
Cons: 10 hrs a day and recording 8 hours on attendance register which is something that promotes stress and demoralises people/staff.

I'm a hard worker

My review is to make sure that the company I'm working for is growing in terms of production and I must treat the company as my own to make sure that we get more customers.

Pros: My pros of working for this company is to doing right first time and to make sure we followed the instructions of the company
Cons: I will give 100 percent afford I will make sure i work long hours it is necessary, and i will make sure i learn more jobs in terms of growing in the company.

Excellent learning curve

Cashbi have 3 years of experience in a retail as a goods receiving supervisor im was a good team leader I was able to obtain 100% on 3 audits I was a good in customer service because I started as a sales assistant for 6 month then I got a promotion to be a goods receiving supervisor

Best job I've ever had

Cashbuild support office is no walk in the park. From day one they expect you to carry your weight and do the one thing... Only thing they will ever ask... Your job. Once you understand your part in the very well oiled machine life become a pleasure.

Pros: Amazing opportunities if your hard working
Cons: Not a company with room for passengers

Good learning curve

its hard work for a female if you are not a cashier,everything in the store is too hevy an you also have to work under preasure an you need to be a fast learner as you will need to do cortations an know everything that the ccampany is all about.
