Excellent
I am currently unemployed, however i used work for a telecommunications company company as a credit controller agent, tge and the environment was and co-workers were just okay, i really enjoyed myself and learned alot during my years of employment

Great Challenge and a friendly working environment. A can do attitude type of corperate environment

Experience and growth
Working in Cell C has been a good experience for me because I had started as a call centre to working in the back office. So I would say they give you a chance to grow internally in the company.

Great working environment

A typical work day
My typical day involves submitting reports of the network performance to network engineers, drive testing the network, assisting customers with customer complaints (RF issues, device and network settings), installing devices to improve network conditions and assisting the stores with technical network issues. There are also times I assist the field technicians with panning microwaves, checking cables on the site and delivering generators to ensure the network is up during load shedding.

Excellent learning curve
3 years experience in credit vetting has been an amazing, i worked with a great team which shared the same vision. I learnt alot and gained more skills like analytical skills.
