Working in Cell C has been a good experience for me because I had started as a call centre to working in the back office. So I would say they give you a chance to grow internally in the company.

Great Experience
It was a great experience, taught me alot about myself my strengths and weaknesses. I became a leader and team player and the results were great. The management & staff was very friendly and supportive. Its been a pleasure

A typical work day
My typical day involves submitting reports of the network performance to network engineers, drive testing the network, assisting customers with customer complaints (RF issues, device and network settings), installing devices to improve network conditions and assisting the stores with technical network issues. There are also times I assist the field technicians with panning microwaves, checking cables on the site and delivering generators to ensure the network is up during load shedding.

Company facing financial difficulties.
The culture of the company has drastically changed due to internal political reasons. It is a great company to work for with exposure to many different departments.

Good Customer service
king working at cell c it was the most experience and exciting ever. I had a good working relationship with my co workers and we were enjoying working together.. What I have learned in that company is that, good customer services is the most and the top priority in the company.. I like working with people, interacting with customers and give them the best service they require.. The challenges that I came across is is dealing with difficult customers but however, I have learned that being patience and knowing that customers is always right is what taught me. at

Ever learning environment
Currently working as internal audit manager in cell c have been working at the company for the last 8 yrs. my day to day responsibilities include audit planning and staff allocation to the current audit plan. what u enjoy most about my current company is the ever changing technology which keeps me learning.
