Long hours

Treat employees badly and as replaceable pay scale is low and increases non existent, no growth potential and long hours of work, a lot of favoritism. The commission structure is not good and targets are unattainable. Warnings are given for wrong reasons and specific staff get away with a lot more than they should

Challenging, sales, target based,

Not very corporate for a big company, it’s run like a spaza sho. The management is poor, the leadership is aimed at master slave instead of let’s help you grow. Room for growth is little to none. Nepotism is rife.

Performance and Goals

working for cell c was a learning curve got to meet new people and learn to adjust to a lot of changes when it comes to the work enviroment but its time to grow and explore and learn different things

Excellent learning experience

The work hours at Cell C were from 8-6pm which had only an hour break (lunch) In that environment I got to build great work relationships with my colleagues. I learnt a lot about customer service. I came across difficult customers on a regular basis and that has helped me be who I am today. The
