I was a call centre agent,data capturer, supervisor assistant

It was a good, however, room for growth was limited . It had a work life balance as we worked Mon-Fri.. Their staff is very friendly and helpful . Given a chance to work there again, I would without hesitation.

Pros: Room for growth was limited yet I’m a go getter

I am Perfectionist and responsible for a lot more work than others.If someone is struggling I help.

In the 3 years I have been with Cellc.The staff is friendly , there is always someone willing to help.However you may have to go through to different departments to get a particular query resolved. Most of the staff are through agencies resulting in the continuous restructuring.

Pros: Extremely good Opportunity
Cons: Structure , contract based work

Great learning experience

Work environment was not to bad. I’ve learned to work extra harder and to take on constructive criticism. I enjoyed the project planning aspects of my job. What was challenging is that I had to self teach myself and learn most of the responsibilities on the job. No proper training was given in

Theres nothing much to learn because most of the customers they require airtime and data or simcards

Its that bad working at the airport the problem is the hours and the salary is very small. I love working on the challenging situation or position so that we must think so hard and get to learn many things. So at the airport we deal with airtime and data and we also do contract but not much so thats not much of a challenge.

Cons: Long hours

Risk credit controller

We did get along very will with my colleagues. The experience I've lwaned is good customer service, tome management, how to organize and plan my work, working as team.ive enjoyed the cooperation we had as team and assting others.the most challenging is dealing with difficult clients however I can solve difficult scenarios as I have interpersonal skills.

I have over 17 years of experience working in Customer Service. Currently, I work as the Broadband and Operations Support Manager, improving products and services for our customers by using advanced analytics, standing up big-data analytical tools, and onboarding compelling new data sets and improving service levels through automation and implementation of new systems. Previously, Call centre Manager for Afrihost.com, where I managed web hosting, ADSL, Fibre and the day to day running of the business. Competencies: Server Administration, Cloud Computing, ADSL, Fibre, Customer Service and Web Hosting.

Pros: Excellent opportunity for growth.
Cons: To much of red tape.

Ever changing environment, fast paced and no two days are the same

Manage daily store activity. Manage daily, weekly and monthly turnover of the store. Staff management. Handle staff and customer complaints. Ensure stock availability and ordering.

Pros: No two days are the same.
Cons: Dealing with irate customers

Excellent on learning new skills

I take my work serious I'm a very quiet person but i do talk when i have to time keeper i don't make excuses i do talk when something havent done me good im not sensitive thanks to cellC as an agent i do understand different people
