I have learnt a lot from my company and it gave me experience
I am a hard working person, I enjoy solving queries, putting smiles on people’s face makes me proud. I love working with rearm because you get to learn most things and hear different ideas. Even though I face challenges every day, I always find a way of solving it, sometimes I ask my tears to assist me where I don’t understand.

Excellent learning platform
My relationship with my co-wokers is amazing and so perfect we are a family and i enjoy being around them, i have learnt a lot from them and i have learnt more in the VAS team. The most challenging aspect of the job is working under pressure and i enjoy that because its one of my strength.

On a typical work day I will be on good mood no matter the circumstances.I am the team player. I’ve learned to calm down in any situation. I enjoy to satisfy the customer.. dealing with the irate customer and making him understand the business rules

Beautiful working enviroment
I deal with financial entries of Cellc and the job requires my full attention as I deal with funds of the company deciding on whether to approve or decline them. Depending on the number of financial entries i really love and enjoy my job. I work hand in hand with the billing team and I go to depths of analyzing their queries before entries are submitted. Team spirit really keeps us going. I have learned to treat my co-workers as individuals as they are all different and putting differences aside to achieve our objectives
