Communication skill

I had a wonderful experience while I was still at Cellc, working during the day meeting targets. We had a healthy working environment, we were getting along with the staff. I learnt working under pressure meeting targets, data capturing, calling technique, communication skill and approach. I enjoyed engaging with customers of different personalities and learning about company products. Most challenging aspects was not to meet your target and being left behind by your colleagues.

Pros: Being exposed in the telecommunication environment and being able to deal with different customers of different personalities.
Cons: Long working hours and working on weekends also increasing monthly targets.

It is a good place to work at, communication with different people every day.

My experience with the company has been phenomenal way I have grown as a person and understand the different type of people that we deal with every day and it's not such an easy job as it seems but is enjoyable.

Great learning curve

Working as a consultant is great i love helping and solving customer issues . And learning about different cultures and languages sometimes so i do enjoy the job i do .

Fast learner and easy to adapted

Working for my company has tought me a lot of how to handle an angry customer, when dealing with an angry customer had to remain calm, had to listen,do not disturb when talking, must try as quickly as possible to resolve the problem and to take ownership, I have built good relationship with my colleagues because I am a team player and a hard worker, I like dealing and meeting new people everyday I am actually easy to interact with new people.

Pros: To become an asset of this company
Cons: I am willing to work long hours

Profesional

I am currently working for Cell C as a Network Engineer also worked for Ericsson monitoring microwave links and fibre links for MTN/Vodacom. I have also worked for Telkom SA Networks monitoring their network elements BTS, RNC's and BSC's; Answering calls, first line fault diagnostics, offering first line support to technicians and clients; Updating trouble tickets, fault escalation and capturing information given by our clients and management. I strive for continued excellence, proficient ability to deal with the customers and to deal with their issues.
