Honestly speaking any job could be a good job for everyone, for example someone who is working underground and someone who is working long hours in an office - it all comes with the love of the heart and loving what you do and as well as working on an good environment. I enjoy working with people that we respect each other and see each other as equal even though, there Will be others on top position than others, I love working with people that loves one another.. ing funny jokes with them as my team. Yes as anywhere else, there are challenges at work which I can overcome myself but I only dislike when I meet up with people who always look for my mistakes everyday I'm at work it suddenly starts to feel like a nightmare everyday when I work up.
Pros: Two of my life was beautiful, because I used to be very much appreciated, loving teaching new employees that always comes in for the first time & I'm required to show them the ropes
Cons: 8 hours is my normal hours but sometimes we are told to work extra hours and remain in the shop to work night shifts. Working extra hours is not really a problem to me, I respect my job and understand company policies.. I just want to do a job that I enjoy daily

Productive environment
It is nice to work for a company like checkers, the managers are friendly and always gives us new challenges to learn from, I really appreciate the opportunity they gave me to further extend my knowledge in retail operations. I really learnt alot and I am always up for new challenges and new ventures

Excellent learning
Working at checkers was the best thing to me because I learned lots of things about working with team and being able to work with little supervision and I also enjoyed working with my co-workers

Exelent learning curve
At at first I fell like I didn't belong three but but as time goes by I've leaner that it's a good working place and I share a good relation with my colleagues

Excellent
they treat us equal.i enjoy working on holidays because we get double pay and it balance our salary. the most challebging things is that when the is a lot of customers we get lunch late sometimes we dont get our tea time we only get lunch.i have learned how to cummunicate with the customers and assist them.the relationship with cor workers is also good we work on a team and we get along.

The is a good working environment just that the managers there are hard to please and they are always on your case sometimes you won't even have lunch becuase of them they always make you feel like you are a prisonersence

Good customer service
I'd say the work was challenging a lot especially dealing with customers as they all want different treatment, it's always super busy especially during weekends and monthend. My relationship with my coworkers was pretty amazing, I'm a bulby person and open for conversations with anyone. I've learned that we must treat every customer the same no one is special and no customer must leave the store unhappy. I enjoyed helping customers seeing them happy made my job very easy. The most challenging aspects of the job was working with cash, must be very careful as some of the customers are very clever, they can scam you or mislead you into thinking that they gave you money whilst they didn't at the end of the day you get into trouble.

Good communication skills
I was agoo inviroment to work ona always have to deal with the customers and engage with more people everyday And it's good to see New faces everyday and people always giving you compliment about your good work and the way you deal with customer
