Typical workday included liaising with internal and external clients from all departments Working hours are great for parent (flexible to a degree) Good working relationship with co workers all around Put everything in an email/writing as it prevents a lot of problems in the long getting the job done to the best of your ability and when a client is happy at the end of the day with the service you have provided The fact that the process is just that and getting the job done is a process that is not always done by one person, which causes delays beyond your control

Pros: medical aid / pension /bonus
Cons: No career advancement unless you apply for a position within the organisation / Processes that involve more than one person / department therey by causing delays

Excellent learning and most place of my experience using SAP

I started at this company 1994 and resign 2005 thinking of opening business then came back to the City 2009 as contract then 2010 I became permanent because of my experience and trying the of what ever duty I perform and the company do benefit because where as I am maintenance assistance but I am doing administrative duties which I don't get paid for but because I like to work it is fine for me.

Pros: Like challenges
Cons: part of new challenges

Pros: I would like to grow in a company and not stuck in one position for more than 5 years, as i know my potential and I know i give so much more for a company's growth.

I started as a laborer and worked my way up through the ranks, I've gain lots of experience

I have a daily task which i must see to everyday,check time & attendance on a weekly basis, see that there's always stock available, do leave,sick, family responsibility leave.o all the orders from procurement stores, buy outs(outside companies) and spare parts with a different cost center.Have invoices send for payments, filling of invoices, delivery notes, request quotes from Vendors.Train and supervise staff. Record pumps and motors that must go for repairs

Pros: I'm working under pressure and must meet deadlines.Overtime must be submitted to head of department and other documents for signature on time as well EPWP time sheets.

Very good skills and experience earned

I am a peoples person, abled person on sharing my knowledge with others, like to work as a team and individual, honest, like challenges, willing to learn. Work extra hours if required, try all my best to meet deadline, reliable and responsible person.

Pros: If there is possibility of promotion I am willing but if not still accepted
Cons: I am willing to work extra hours or long hours if required to do so

Thus making me a suitable candidate for this post. I have a good understanding of business processes and I am able to identify gaps. Culture of learning and development

I have been working for the City for eleven years and have gained a huge amount of working experience. The typical working day involves completing decision letters as efficient and reaching targeted dates and making sure they leave our offices in the best quality. We have developed a culture of teamwork and tolerance for different ways of thinking and coping given our different backgrounds. everyone's opinion matters and is not taken for granted. Through this we can overcome a lot of challenges in making sure to contribute towards departmental objectives and overall organisational objectives. Equal opportunities is presented to all and it creates a culture of education and development.

Excellent environment

Everyday is a challenge and a productive day We do have our differences but at the end of the day we sort them out and compromise I have learned how to do filling, capturing and payroll and also how to do Labour Reports, how to recruit. I enjoy the challenges of learning something new everyday Payroll is challenging because I am capturing 350 people so I must focus and get the numbers right

Pros: we dont get promotion except appliny for a better post
Cons: we do work long hours to meet the deadline
