client services, data capturing, fax, email, filing and other admin duties. We had a very friendly working environment. I have learnt to communicate in different level. The most challenging times is dealing with difficult clients

Was a student
Had many responsibilities such as managing a satellite office on my own. Managed the job seekers department for the sub council, all general administrations and minor tasks that needed to be done. I enjoyed working there the shifts was excellent

Specialised skills developed
I have learned all about budgets, reporting, supply chain management, due diligence, internal auditing and the advancing in excel in this role Staff are all the same come in clock in make coffee clock out and get old doing that I worked in and out of this organization for more than 8 years and I became a Mr know it all I need to be stimulated, my brain need to work, I need to get back to the accounting way of thinking not same old same old day in day out I did not want that life and I don't want to be older than what I am I miss the vibrant passionate innovative and the ability to express my craft and skill set across a more broader spectrum

Excellent learning curve
I am a hard working person. i get excited when i see challenges. I have a good analytical skill. I am able to manage a team. I have been managing a team of 4 staff members and we have a good understanding. I now want to expand myself by doing the duties of a senior manager. i am open to new challenges. At the moment i am helping a friend with his Total Filling station projections, he is in a process of acquiring total Filling station here in cape Town.

I am ambitious goal driven person who is intelligent and diligent and ambitious who loves challenges and willing to learn new things. I am able and willing to work under pressure to deliver and achieve set goals I have patience a good team player as well as ability to build and maintain good working relationships.I work very well in a team. I believe that one of the strongest points is self motivation and the ability to motivate others into achieving desires goals. What I have learnt in this life honesty and integrity is virtue. I am problem solving and tackling problems head on.I believe my skills and experience will be vital in any organisation.

Learning while working
i am a good time keeper eager to learn and fast learner. i have N4 in electrical engineering and qualified in boilermaking with 3 years on job training experience, i have loads experience in different fields, since i used to work for agencies like work force, capacity and tailormade in different companies doing different work.

Job security
The working environment and co-workers are great. Long working hours, i.e 7 day shift. Work can get extremely busy at times. I've learnt alot and enjoyed most of my time liasing with other departments.

Excellent company to work for with great growth and learning opportunities.
My day begins with morning chat with team mates about how things are going and how we feeling. From then I break down my day making appointments with the end-users that I need to see and doing what ever remote calls i can do in the morning. After 10 usually is when I start my desk side visits and support to my end-users. The most challenging aspects of my job is the different types of users. I support from executives, IT department, City of Cape Town call centers to the revenue department being MVR and Cash Hall to name a few. The difference in problems due to the different applications and needs that the different departments require is usually the problem and the types of problems that arise with the size of the cooperation.

Cons: Being far from family and the dangers of Cape Town as a city.

Great a place to work
I have learnt some many things i have learnt how capture information ,filling and handling of calls. I'm computer literate so my training was only a day because I'm fast learn.
