Benefits

No benefits in the company and salaries are not well benchmarked with what the market is offering. Also, opportunities for growth are not likely to happen any time soon. I am always working long extended hours almost every day. Poor role clarifications for individuals in my department have resulted in a poor collaboration between the teams. The complexity of the role allows me to apply my mind at all times. I have developed my skills as expected

No growth potential

It was my first time working in long term insurance, I am learning alot but feel that the company can do more in motivating staff. There is no good relationship between the management and the consultant I guess it's because of the pressure. Sales comes with a lot of pressure so I believe that the staff need to be able to destress at work maybe have a fun room or something in order to refresh and get back to the dailer with more energy.

Good learning curve

Working for Clientele has grown me alot i have learn how to deal with different Client of different attitude what i like most is tgat it is always challeging me

Room for learning

Were great They were supportive Team work and working well under pressure Earning money When struggling to make target and trying to chase in fews days before circle close

Bad company

It's a company that doesn't value it's employees. Salary deductions. Only start earn commission after you've made their target. Basic performance salary. Mass recruiting every week they hire.

Cons: Toxic culture, no room for learning and growing.

Bad Environment and poor workmanship

Very poor and they don’t even pay you well but they always want you to work long damn hours and above all their leads alway you get clients who are not interested and if I don’t reach your target your salary goes down a lot so it’s so bad

Good company to work for

Helpful employee long working hours Excellent working curve but sometimes demanding. What I enjoy the most is the incentives you get paid for your hard work
