Excellent learning curve
I have learned enough to spread my wings and fly. I have grown and achieved a lot in life working for my previous company and currently I am just looking for something different that can also add more value to my qualifications and also to further my career as a person. The was good and bad days, but that could not stop me reaching my target as an individual and also part of the team.

The Ups and Downs
The work environment is for the most part not too conducive because of the relationship between management/line supervisors & their agents. The incentives also don't fuel much enthusiasm from agents because they are not too appealing, nor do they help Addy to the basic salary. The people who work there, colleagues/team members are the best. Super effective ntwana, very supportive and hard working. ths

II am vibrant and eay to associate with. I work better individually however able to interact and mindle with fellow colleagues. My greatest fear in life is failure, and inability to attain goals. Good company but needs extra working hours and they don’t pay for over time but I was not pleased with the mount of money you get to work for those hours and payment difference

Excellent learning curve
It's exciting and lot of energetic individuals that drive their goals on a daily basis, the positive mindset and great attitude surrounding the environment brings results on a daily basis. The teaching and coaching is very powerful on how handle difficult customer, and leadership always supportive and willing to help were there's need

-They underpay employees -They factor employees -Supervisors date agents -Leads go to specific people -It’s always the same people who reach target -There’s no growth on of the reasons I wanna leave -Long working hours and we works on weekends and still get paid less
