Great opportunity to learn new things n handle new challenges
Good day, my name is Wayne Mbombi. A very well outspoken gentleman whos eager to learn. Who is target and goal driven, i can work well in the team and can handle pressure. I strive for success, i prioritise quality in everything i do. I have worked for few companies including my most reecent which was clientele life. I have collections and also did outbound as well as inbound call center experience. I have bulk of experience when it comes to dealing with clients over the phone even in person it wouldnt be something new. I was at some poinbt a sales person for cars in a dealer(Garage). I am a perfectionist, i love getting thimngs right on first attempt. I am nt afraid of failing, its a lesson that matters the most for me, any opportunity preesented to me will be utilised to the best of my knowledge and potential.

Good opportunity to grow
This company had good potential to grow in your career. Salaries are based on targets achieved and is not fixed. No personal attention as there are too many consultants no fixed seating space first come first serve based.

Excellent
My previous work i work everyday monday to Saturday. My relationship with my co-workers was so good because we were working together as a team .i leant to how to talk with client and I'm self motivated.the things i enjoy the most is be at work at all time .the most challenging is that sometimes we don't get the client everyday and for the day we lost .

My experience with clientele life is great because I have healthy relationships with co-workers and management of the company ....the most challenging things is clients fail to cooperate with you dure the misunderstanding

I have learned the importance of thinking on my feet, reaching targets and working under pressure.
A typical work day at work at work would be calling clients and making sure that they stay with their policies because I deal with insurance and i am in the retentions department. I love working with people and i am currently working in a friendly enviroment which motivates me to do better. This position has taught me how to think on my feet, and people's skills.
Pros: Theres a opportunity for being a supervisor and manager.

Excellent experience
High pressure environment, sometimes put extra hours to make targets in order to earn more and making sure that the company is getting more clients. Very challenging to retain clients because of the experience they had with the company, but its a learning curve

It is a beautiful environment with exciting people to work with
I won the best phone time for 2019 I won the best New Comer for 2018 I always reached my target not even reaching them I supers it every time in the jungle where we used to call the most cold leads, but nothing pass us because we where not leads consultant we where sales consultant.
