Implementation processes are a bit challenging due to change and the initial natural resistance, yet we are opening avenues to bridge the gap

Is a well nice place with good supporting structure challenges is sometimes scarcity of leads but we have a good supporting structure from the management situated in a good place for sales job the environment is very nice and the transport is easily available for night shift the growth is also available as the company has so many department if you want to change o grow

Learned a lot
The culture at clientele is to have fun while you work no pressure but in an environment like that you need to be self motivated and target driven and have goals so cause u can easy lost yourself .it has taught me how to be self motivated and self disciplined.

I can work in fast-paced environments and meeting strict deadlines. I am also able to complete tasks in an efficient manner. I can work independently and as part of a team.

It's so.nice to work at my company. My relationship with my co workers it was so amazing I've learnt how to do sales how I can also run my own business how I can market. I enjoyed doing sales and to.reach the target market The most challenging aspects of the job is that it doesn't pay well it only pays small money and if u do one mistake u get fired

Working long hours with different quality leads that leads to inequality in in commissions and is draining to work long hours for no increase on a monthly basis longer hours daily

dI've learnt that communication is important when yoy are working with people. The most challenging aspects is when you have to convince the client that the he/she must take the policy cocoz it's good for his/her family.
