Good learning
Im young dedicated women who willing to work and learn more over your company and very creative thinker every single day i have a great strategy to uplift my dream at work , am always have care of my job because it my duty to be honest and intergrity . Im innovated everyday i have new idea of my work im realistic .im willing to learn new things everytime i like to listen others when they talk .i respect everyone on the field im full of focus on the job that i do because it very important to me because it my potential need .im good to asked if i dont know the thing .im good to communicate with others .im willing to work as team because i learn everything in the field in different things and ways and from different people .

Learning curve

Excellent company to work for
Clientele it's a big company with proffesional people that have leadership skills. As the company is growing i would like to grow and become a successful teamleader within the company who has morals and management skills and treat people with respect and be loyal to the company always be on time, separate personal issues and work, ingage with people so that i can gather more information regarding the company on how One can become successful whilst working in that company.

Managing one of the big teams in the department
I worked in a call centre environment for more than 10yrs....selling and servicing them......clients are different and you need to treat one accordingly...... Dealing with different clients makes you prepare each day because you dont know what to expect the what to expect on the next call.....so mentally you need to be ready.....I work well with my co-workers......
