Experienced project manager
Chule Qalase i , started working for the centre in 2014, where he is responsible for Resource use Efficient Cleaner Production methodologies to deal with environmental footprint and meet sustainability goals, facilitating of RECP courses. His other responsibility is the project management of the industrial water and industrial energy efficiency programme the centre is rolling out to the country. He has been responsible for the success of the NCPC programme that works for the dti, to transform the industry to be competitive and lower environmental footprint. He has assisted manufacturing companies in all the 8 sectors supported by IPAP policy by conducting resource efficiency studies that address energy, water and materials usage as well as waste minimisation.

HR Administration: • Ensuring that HR administration and filling is up to date and correctly filled –both on line and manual filling. • Prepare all relevant HR correspondence relating to and including maternity leave, long service awards, extensions, transfers, performance bonuses, annual increases and promotions. • Providing data for and preparing relevant HR reports, information and documents as and when required. • Assisting with succession planning. • Assisting with salary audits and salary adjustment • Sort payslips and give to relevant field for distribution. • Confirmation of staff employment. I have the relevant experience for this position. I am the Senior Project Manager and managing the Project Management Office responsible for ensuring that proper controls are in place for the management of projects. I am responsible for developing and translating business strategies into programs and projects. I am responsible for ensuring that services delivery and operations are monitored through the management of projects. I am also responsible for the financial management of projects, services and operations.I spent most of my time interacting with stakeholders and the executive members of the organisations in discussing the strategies, projects and the future of the organisation.

Good learner
I am a lady with a three year Bachelors degree in science with 12 years laboratory experience. I have completed a SANAS ISO 17025 and internal auditing course and I am also a SANAS technical signatory. I would like to apply for the quality control inspector position advertised. I am a hardworking, responsible and well dedicated person. I always perform tasks to the best of my ability, always eager to learn and continuously strive to better myself. I am able to multi-task and fit very well with multi-cultural groups. I am productive, and perform very well under pressure working with accuracy and precision, producing good quality results following SANAS 17025 accreditation system.

Excellent Learning Curve
My work day includes calibration of instruments and procedures.I communicate with the clients. I update them often and give feedback when any problem whatsoever has occurred. I have contact with those that Im are doing analyse for.In addition I have regular scheduled meetings to remind all of your team members about the current status of projects in the works and I keep them informed of difficulties or problems .Furthermore I enjoy getting acknowledgement after completed a successful project and that satisfaction for helping a student graduate.The most challenging aspect of my job is when a plan doesn't work and have to find an alternative way to do it but that is part of research and that what I like doing.

My responsibility is to ensure that every group member is assigned a task and to monitor the progress made by every employee working under my projects. I do the planning of the projects, manage deliverable and the budget for every project I manage. Based on my technical background I also get involved in developing solutions for clients, e.g., collecting requirements, designing the solution and the implementation of it. I also do a lot of reporting to both internal and external stakeholders and to prepare presentations to allow a dialogue in the work we do. I also write a lot of funding proposals and do a bit of business development to secure contracts for my group.
Pros: I'm awaiting a promotion for this coming financial year
Cons: I work long hours, especially now that I am doing my PhD as well.

Passion For Maintenance
Due to constant direct interaction with clients I have acquired good communication skill. I am an energetic, eager to learn individual looking for an opportunity with prospect for growth. I am organized, focused and hardworking. I also possess strong interpersonal skills: (Good communication skills, Team player and Leadership abilities); and behavioral qualities: (Integrity, Friendly, Simplicity, Innovative and Can-Do attitude)
Pros: I am currently taking short kills course and gaining administrative and leadership experience, which will be advangageous in futurer when seneor vacancies open.
Cons: I always avail myselv to working out of conventional working hours, I like to flex my time at work because I believe in delivering no matter what it takes.

Not excellent but learning to do b etter everyday.
I am a Workshop supervisor who looks after Buildings in terms of Waterproofing, Carpentry, Plumbing and Electrical. I am also responsible for Electrical Reticulation that ranges from 132KV- 220V. My scope of work also entail doing minor Electrical projects.
