Good Day I work for a company that deals with virtual Product my experience with them is good, I learned lot of things more in Finance. I had a good relationship with my co-workers, our seniors tret us well and push us to learn as much as we can.

Stable company with good company benefits but unfair and poor pay
Stable company with good company benefits but unfair and poor pay. Because the firm is large red tape slows down the decision making process. There is also no room for promotions in our team as everyone pretty much does similar jobs irrespective of their level and the team leaders own the business so they are stuck in their role and the highest level one can attain is manager level. The pay is very subjective on your connections and ability to negotiate. You are not paid for effort but rather influence.
Pros: Great working hours and flexibility as long as you get your work done
Cons: Poor opportunity for promotion

Profile
I am highly motivated to work under pressure and to liaise with any staff member where necessary and I am also ambitious to learn more every day. Additionally, I learned the values of teamwork and commitment as well as working hard and focus on given goals. My ability to structure my time and fit my activities into my schedule helped me to complete given duties and assessments successfully.

Problem solving skills, i did lot within financial systems (GAAP).
With the interests of all my ability at hand, to be an important part of dynamic organization were my enthusiasm.as an individual I believe in being effective than being famous, hence effectiveness is what drives the person in me to strive to achieve what appears to be challenging to other people. In that regard, learning is what keeps me focused in that, I am much of a worker than a talker. I do not believe in luck yet labor under the correct knowledge. I live with the word that says everything is possible with God but I never expect God to do the implementations for me, yet believe that with his presence I am the change he want to see in the world.
Pros: I need to be part of a progressive team where creative thinking, teamwork and collaboration to solve problems is their first priority
Cons: I am willing to work overtime.

My key focus is relationship management through the retention of clients and winning new business
I joined the Tip Offs Anonymous consulting team in June 2013,from the Deloitte Call Center team where my key role was to assist callers by compiling confidencial information in five different languages. The Tip-offs Anonymous business unit is a very diversified department I have had an opportunity to work with individuals from different countries (globally) and got to learn about different cultures. Part of my job is to manage international accounts and that always provided an opportunity for me to be outside my comfort zone in terms of client relationship management. I enjoy presenting our service offering to prospective and exciting clients, from different industries and including all stakeholders. Breaking trust barriers regarding whistleblowing

Excellent
great working relationship with collegeaus, very open mined people, willing to share information all the time Ive learnt that people are f=different, different cultures, different goals however what is important is repsect and working with understanding amongst each other. Most challennging part was when i had to assist the team on a systems tool that was self taught. I enjoy making sure that i've delivered what i needed to and getting recognition /compliments for all my successess.

It was a great opportunity to learn
I did vacation work and it was eye opening to get a chance to do the practical things I learnt while doing my degree and also learn about the different things finance has inside it and the career opportunities there is to it.

Work Experience
I am great with people's skills. (Client relationships and also with team). I am interested in developing myself and others. Being a manager has taught me how to deal with people of different backgrounds and characteristics. Learnt how to cope in stressful situation and also thinking off my feet to solve problems. The most challenging thing is people but patience, understanding and communication works best.
