I am great with people's skills. (Client relationships and also with team). I am interested in developing myself and others. Being a manager has taught me how to deal with people of different backgrounds and characteristics. Learnt how to cope in stressful situation and also thinking off my feet to solve problems. The most challenging thing is people but patience, understanding and communication works best.

Excellent learning opportunity
A normal day includes a 8-7pm, performing audit for different companies. we worked in teams, reporting to the manager on site.I was accountable for leading atleast 2 people depending on the nature of the project, and carrying out all the stages of the audit process from the start to conclusion. As a leader I was required to explain complex issues either to the client or my team, hence I was effective in explaining complex issues/information in a comprehensive manner. As such I’m an accomplished communicator, with excellent organisational skills, decision making, time management skills, and have been trained to work under pressure to meet deadlines and performance goals. I am proactive and innovative, I am seeking a challenging but rewarding position, which is why I was naturally drawn

Industrial
I work for a consulting firm where we provide services to various clients. I always treat each client's request like a priority one client as they are all important to serve. Tickets come through our call logging system and we take the calls from there and resolve them. I work with team of six people and I get along very well with them, I am a team player and always willing to share knowledge and learn from other people. I have learnt to treat each client with respect and to provide the clients with my best service at all times. I enjoy resolving client's queries, providing support and being involved in projects. The most challenging aspect of my job is when handling complex issues where one has to solution to a complex issue.
Pros: Opportunities to grow and getting involved in projects.
Cons: With this kind of the job, you always have to be on standby.

Exposure
I have a B-Tech Degree in Financial Information Systems and I am currently studying towards my Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Accounting with UNISA. I have at least 9 years of experience in Finance and Accounting, 3 international and 6 local. I was based in Morocco and Tanzania for one year and six months respectively. Previously I was working for Nokia as a Senior Project Finance & Control, overseeing 8 African counties: (Burundi, Mozambique, Tanzania, Cameroon, Senegal, Mali, Guinee Bissau and Sierra Leon). Currently I am working Deloitte as a Master data Management Manager in (Finance), overseeing Master Data across Africa, for all member firms (South Africa; East and West Africa as well as Zimbabwe, Zambia, Malawi, Namibia, Botswana and Mozambique). Currently I have 7 Staff reporting directly to me

Excellent Team Leader
As a Team Leader at Deloitte I have many employees under me that I need to pay great detail too as well as attend to my own work and duties as a senior. The balance between working as an individual and a team has taught me how to have a balance with my own work and the work of my team but ultimately getting the work done by the expected due dates and working extremely hard to process excellent service and work that speaks to my Director and makes the name of the Company good.
Pros: Work well under pressure and get the job done
Cons: Long hours but very hard on myself on achieving great success

Experience and exposure in Internal Audit, IT Auditing and management of Risk
Many years of experience in Internal and IT Audit. In Senior Management level. Exposure to over 70 clients in the past 15 years gaining experience and exposure in best practice Risk Management, Information Technology and Internal Controls. Acted as Advisor to many clients.

Ultimate exposure in all industries
There are great opportunities to grow in Deloitte. A typical work day at work will be to review audit reports that will be presented to the Chief Audit Executives. I most enjoy being exposed to different project you take away something at the end of each project, you master the art of leadership, versatile teams and being a prudent leader.
Pros: I am now a Manager in Operational Risk, i have been proted every year with 6 years. I am recognised as one of To talent within Deloitte.
Cons: Due running multiple projects at once, its a norm that you work over time and long hours to achieve quality results.

Excellent learning curve
Finishing articles at Deloitte on 31 December 2016. I enjoyed working at different clients and learnt a tremendous amount of different industries' financial reporting.
