Opportunity to learn
Working at the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development has taught me the meaning of team work..It has taught me to be creative,year after year I am responsible for celebrating all calender events therefore these events need to be filled with creativity in order for employees to enjoy them. I enjoy making a difference and having to transform people's lives especially persons with disabilities. The most challenging part of the job is having to juggle all my programmes and those from our Head office but through hard work and perseverance I always manage to achieve them.

Good agricultural practice.
Its always a nice environment to be in agriculture. Always learning new agricultural practice within the farmers working with. On day to day farm visit thats where the farmers needs are identified come up with resolutions not as an individual but as an office because team spirit is what the office encourage. The most challenge that really problematic is mostly in the CPA farms. Fighting and disrespect each other lead to farm not productive. The office arrange capacity building trainings to the CPA truly 75% of such trainings has brought about change in some CPA. Its always nice to work in the field of agriculture.

COVERING MOTIVATION
My role requires me to prepare, analyzes, verify and disseminate critical monthly and yearly financial reports, coupled with budgeting and forecasting responsibilities. A key skill I have acquired during my previous and currently roles are the ability to successfully implement and manage new accounting systems and procedures. I enjoy the challenge of integrating a new system and working with the wider accounting team to ensure a smooth and productive workflow. I have a proactive management style with highly developed communication skills. I have frequently been required to manage a team under pressure and enable them to meet strict deadlines.

Relationship with my collegues
I am a person that do what is capable of me to to do. whatever, i do i do it at the right time and the right place. I love my job and i am a person that learn so quickly. i am willing to learn everyday. I enjoy working as a team, the challenge that i face during work hours is my supervisor who stay with work in her desk, if you want something to be done , you have to ask her only to find out she not done with that work.

MY JOB INVOLVES ENSURING THAT FINANCES ARE USED EFFICIENTLY,ERADICATE MISMANAGEMENT OF FUNDS.AUTHORISING OF PROCUMENT ,DERIVING WAYS OF RAISING REVENUE FOR THE DEPARTMENT.PLACING OVERSIGHT ON FACILITIES,MOTOR TRANSPORT,PAYMENTS.HAS 17 SURBODINATES AND AS A FORMER LECTURER,BELIEVE IN EDUCATING PERSONEL,TRANSFER OF SKILL IS IMPORTANT.HOLD MEETINGS AS TEAM BUILDING EXERCISE. WORKING IN DEPARTMENTS IS PRESENTLY RISKY BUT AS A MANAGER YOU HAVE TO BE PREPARED TO TAKE RISKS EVEN AT COSTLY DETERMINATIONS. AT MOST I ENJOY GETTING MY JOB DONE.EXCELLENT REPORTS ABOUT THE STATUS OF FINANCE AND PROVIDING GUIDANCE EVEN ON ISSUES PERSONELL ARE AFRAID TO FACE. AND CHALLENGES BEEN EXPERIENCED MOSTLY ARE FROM ILITIRACY PROBLEMS AND MOST SECTIONS ARE USED AS A DUBMPING GROUND FOR PROBLEM CHILDREN OF THE DEPARTMENT BUT THAT NEED PATIENCE AND MAKE A PERSON MATURE WITH TIME.

GREAT WAY TO INVEST MY SKILLS AND KNOWLWDGE

I am easy person concerning with working with any type of persons at all levels. I am client orientated and love to end what I started daily. I have learnt to prioritized on what ever I am doing around myself. I have lot of experience working in and outside the office, admin and community worker. I am also learn flexibly but on regulations acts. I have administration and fleet management experience. I am a hard working woman, humble, loyal and accountably.
