Excellent learning and work harder

My relationship with co-workers it was great because I am assistant animal health and windows was a good mentor in to me she teach me how can I vaccine the animal against the Rubie's I felt so help to work with Windows Zungu

Development

I have learnt what public service means and to put other people first. The Government environment is not typically the kind of working environment which I enjoy working in due to the relaxed culture of the environment accuse I particularly enjoy working in a fast paced culture with challenging and new duties daily.

Productive in terms of work and experience

good training skills and very educational. there is lots of work to do but it is enjoyable. friendly staff and great team work. good service provided. but there are no opportunities for permanent posts only training posts avalaible.

Challenge working with students in higher education. Meeting deadlines teamwork

No no hrowth for workers in student admin. No opportunities for getting bursary to study further and those who do receive it receive it every year. The dept dont give equal chances to everyone regarding acting positions of giving employees chance to grow in the cimpany.

My experience in Agricultural Industry

Data Capture, Soil Analysis, Vaccination and Dosing of Livestock, Wool production Process, Poultry Production, Measuring of Land, Maize and Vegetable Production, Compiling Project sales and Observing projects. On a personal level I am open to any situation that is challenging and which test my abilities and with my qualifications in theory I have a reputation as a fast learner who is dependable, organised and computer savvy, the ability to work as a team player and meet tasks deadlines

i enjoy the environment because i work with beautiful people. they give me time to pursue my studies and take me to school. i have learned discipline and respect mostly they dont hide opportunities for me they make sure i take part and learn more courses, training

Excellent learning curve

In the past 4 years working in the Risk Management Section after having qualified my b.com economics degree I've learnt lot with risk management as it is a small section on the department so making it more work with few hands hence my seniors have always tried to squeeze me into learning almost everything regardless of the level of my employment status
