Motivation

I am Bongani Zulu I reside at Nondweni township I was an temporary educator teaching Mathematics and Physical Science in rural areas I am hardworking person dedicated to do abilities even under pressure. I came from the family of eight children being supported by my mother from the pension grant of illness I can not persue my dream of going to tertiary institution to futher my education level and my interest of loving Mathematics and Physical Science.

I AM A HARDWORKER

I work as an experiential learner in the office of admin I got a stipend from BANK SETA R2500 the Department is not paying us. I enjoying working here I've learned to work hard and to be friendly with any educator and people whom need help in the Department I have a good relationship with my colleagues.

Quick learner and self-motivated

working full-time job as an IT technician Supporter,quick learner, knowledgeable and friendly,a methodical and structured approach to problem solving.i have learned so many things,about how to work under a lot of pressure,how to manage conflict at work place. i'm enjoying being around different cultures /people and learning new things related to my job. truly speaking i have no challenges concerning to my job ,for now on i am looking for a new and challenging IT related position,one which will make best use of my existing skills and experience and also further my personal and professional development.

Very ambitious

I'm a hard worker whose goal driven,not afraid of change and challenges. I have good communication and administration and perfect interpersonal skills. I am motivated at all times and i'm ready for this challenge.

Pros: great experience,room for growth,minimal employment opportunity
Cons: Older employees are dimotivated,they need some motivational speakers from time to time to remind them of the value they add.

It's been an amazing experience

Being in a diverse team got me the opportunity to learn about the importance of teamwork. Government finance is quite interesting and the department and section I am under gives me the opportunity to explore it.

Great Career Path

My job is very exciting because I have to work with a diverse group of people. I have good relationship with them with makes our job very easily and also meet dealines. We always have very busy days because HR is the core of business. Working with a team is very important because as people we think different having different views but we always listen each other and come up with collaboration solution that benefit our vision.

Excellent experience

I have learnt how to communicate with people and also learnt to work under pressure..I enjoy talking and helping people. The most challenging part about this job is people wanting the same thing at the same time meaning my colleagues because I was the only receptionist bt as time goes on I learn to manage everything.
