I enjoy working there because since I joined the organisation I have aquired a very good working experience. I have knowledge in so many things. Excellent payroll officer
At department of education I was working as a SPO where we administered clients salaries, recognition of service, housing, long term service. And also do termination of services, contact expirery, pension and resignation. I've learn a lot but unfortunately my contract expired last year and now I'm unemployed. I enjoyed everything and was working very well with my colleagues.

Easy to adapt
Am working very well with my collequies , we have a good working relationship.so far I have learned much eg: Payroll, Data capturing, Answering and transferring of receptionist calls , updating leaves forms, persal , printing of pay slips• HANDLE ICOMING AND OUTGOING OF FILES • FILING AND RECORD MANAGEMENT SERVICES • MAINTANACE OF THE STORAGE AREA • ALLOCATE FILE AND PROTECTION OF FILES AND RECORDS • IDENTIFY FILES AND RECORDS FOR ARCHIEVING • MAINTAIN VARIOUS CONTROL REGISTERS • RESPOSIBLE FOR ALL ADMINISTRATION AND SUPERVISION OF ALL REGISTRY PROCEDURES • MAINTAIN SAFE CUSTODY AND PROTECTION OF FILES AND RECORD • COMPILLE MONTHLY STATISTICS AND REPORTS • PREPARE DOCUMENTS AND POST DAILY • SMOOTH RUNNING OF THE REGISTRY OFFICE

Motivation
I am Bongani Zulu I reside at Nondweni township I was an temporary educator teaching Mathematics and Physical Science in rural areas I am hardworking person dedicated to do abilities even under pressure. I came from the family of eight children being supported by my mother from the pension grant of illness I can not persue my dream of going to tertiary institution to futher my education level and my interest of loving Mathematics and Physical Science.

I"m just concerned about the small amount of my salary
I love my job and my colleagues are good people. I love working for the school because I learn so much about young people and how their minds are gathered. I have learned to have lots of patience with small children and how to deal with them.

Excellent learning curve
Its a great learning opportunity with a good excellent working experience. Good working hours, we always change ideas with my colleagues. I learnt to handle pressure under supervision and individually, I learnt how to ask for help when I need one where and how. I enjoy everyday work challenges, troubleshooting and seeing my clients satisfied with my work.

W.Employees need to reminded all the time towear PPE whereas it's a standard procedure.
I have been working at Duvha power station for 2 yeare aso a Senior Safety Officer and incident investigator. I have a diploma in Safety Management There are challengesome whenever there are new contractors coming on site as their activities can sometimes expose employees to heath and safety risk as they will be working close to each other. Stopping the job due to non- conformance as top management are consent about production. Employees always want to be reminded to put on correct PPE at all times.Separation and disposal of waste is always a challenge whereas waste management procedure is always communicated.
Pros: Currently promotion opportunities are limited in the current company
Cons: Working 12 hours,7 days a week

L am well motivated
I am a good worker who always create conducive working environment. I have enjoyed working with many people of different characters . some challenges are trying to motivate reluctant workers as well as have to work till late at times trying to perfect my job.
Pros: there some opportunities although they are slim.
Cons: we work normal working hours.
