Is to work with learners
I work very well with learners and I have learnt a lot to teach with young learners even to communicate with them nd to give them with an instruction and teach them from unknown to known. and I'm also working very well with teachers we work very well as a group to teach nd to groom others nd to share the ideas nd to teach others how to communicate nd to develop other interns of working environment. the most challenges aspect about this job it about lack of resources as well as the learners absenteeism and the learners to involve in drugs that will increase the number of failures. that is cause by the lack of resources as well as the parental involvement if there is issues need to be a dressed to parents about their children.

Excellent learning curve
Its a great learning opportunity with a good excellent working experience. Good working hours, we always change ideas with my colleagues. I learnt to handle pressure under supervision and individually, I learnt how to ask for help when I need one where and how. I enjoy everyday work challenges, troubleshooting and seeing my clients satisfied with my work.

A good stepping stone
A leadership that I've learned a lot from. As support for young people in high schools by guiding and providing support to enable them to reach their potential and develop certain skills. although it hasnt been long working there What I enjoy most is when the learners work together and help each other as it shows growth and compassion. What I least enjoy is having to hear a lot of their sad experiences, but me and my co-workers always help each other if one becomes too emotional one is able to step in and drive the conversation home.

Learning curve
its great to work at the Company,i have acquired alot of knowledge in a short space of time.my work requires working under pressure and i must say i work well under pressure especially when i have to meet a deadline. i have a good working relationship with my co workers,we practice open door policy.i have learned how to do transfers as well as create posts and amend the posts. what i enjoy most is the fact that i learn something new everyday,its not always hectic but i enjoy working under pressure. The most challenging aspect is when you have to do transfers ans liaise with officials on the other side.

Excellent
1. Duties Typing,photo copying,faxing documents,transferring calls and setting meetings 2. Relationship with co workers Working as a team and also as individuals, respect each other and listen others opinions 3. I learned how to work with many people especially people who are older than me and how to solve a promble on my own such as errors of database. 4. Challenges,To do a job under pressure and to solve many problems at one time ,example, you find that they are many teachers who want feedback on different information and you to call them all and they want you to call immediately.

You learn new things everyday because we work with different people
its nice to work here is the department of education only because of benefits and the people work with. my relationship with my supervisor it positive and alive we do get along very well but as you all know that work is work. i have learned that every person is individual so it is important to treat every person as individual because they have different situations and they have different characters. i enjoy to work with different kind of people i love helping people it when they ask you what are you doing in the office if cant give them what they want even if you tell the person that you have three different districts but still they will call you names and sometimes they wont let you to help them because they think you think you too young to help them

Most fullfilling job
Working as a teacher is both rewarding and challenging. Working with learners, helping them reach their full potential was a dream come true, being there for them, not just as a teacher, but a listener, a confidant, and a comforter was fulfilling. The biggest challenge I faced was working with sometimes, lazy colleagues, who did not attend classes, Negative attitudes from colleagues with years of experience, and sometimes being turned into a laughing stock of the Staff room for always trying to do good. Sometimes the challenges came from learners with an attitude, leaners with serious issues at home. However, because I worked with what I love, which is numbers, it was wonderful, and I still want to teach for many more years to come, Accounting, that is.

Experience
Good experience with nice challenges and a lot of diversity. It is a nice learning curve with however limited opportunities for growth. There are days you wish you can kill someone and there are days you all a happy family. Sometimes you you don't want to wake up but the thought of the kids does wake you up.
