More experience
I have gained more experience in the Government Sector and learn many things about finance, administration, assisting clients. I was around co-workers who respect and work with each other. The most challenging is when i was dealing with difficult clients.

Open to new job experience so interested in health and safety
I have been trying forv5 years to follow my dreams of working under health and safety. And the able to contribute my experience and knowledge to the company. And have growth in my dream job.

Learning new opportunities & reaching daily stats. Team work and ability to work under pressure.
Processing claims of clients daily, accepting medical reports, checking duplicate invoices and preparing claims for adjudication. Working with my colleagues was most exciting thing and assisting each other regarding different codes of invoices and learning new things daily at work more especially codes used to process claims. Relationships between the team and supervisor was easy and encouraging each other to achieve daily targets. The most challenging aspects was many duplicate and more rejected invoices. Medical Service Providers used to send 1 invoice many times and becomes more duplicate invoices.
Pros: Great room for growth and team work
Cons: Being able to work overtime sometimes even on weekends also working at night because our system was faster.

Good Learning
Im very interested on this post as im having the goverment experience and on private sector and on management level and also knowing the safety of employees on sites guaded by the OHSA and if i can able to get this opportunity I will make sure that you achieve the objective of the company as im doing with the current employer.
Pros: Dairly work is to conduct inspections,monitoring complience in the different company guaded by this OHSA legislation.
Cons: Folloup notices that has been issued after 60 days.

Great opportunity for growth
For me I would say working at a government industry is very challenging, more especially when trying to imtroduce a new system/culture of working that would lead to massive improvememts and changing the perception of our clients. I had to learn to understand the background of our organisation and make implementation of ideas through a step by step procedure ensuring that I obtain management buy-in and engagement from parties affected. In most times it becomes a challenge explaining certain benefits of managing a quality system and I must say there has been great achievements.

Review of cases for re opening for eg.hospital authorisation,chronic medication. Reintegration of injured clients back into the job or community Interdepartmental relations good

Hard worker determined to bring stability in any organisation.
Deals with misconduct , grievances and disputes on a daily basis. Engage myself with organised labour, management and concerned staff all the times. I have learned how to deal with different types of people, i.e. good understanding of diversity management. I enjoy debates with different types of people particularly arguing about legislation and policies.
Pros: Funds in government limited.
Cons: over 40 hours per month (remunerated or non remunerated)
