Excellent

I was a Student doing an inset ice training. I had a good relationship with workers and I learned a lot. I really enjoyed working there because what I was doing there really matches my personal qualities. The most challenging aspect was to help angry customers We were working 8 hours a day.

Excellent

Excellent I love working here. The only issue I have is that it is only a fixed term contract. Therefore the opportunity for me to grow here are little to non. Id love to stay however I need to get a permanent position and I think I'd be more proficient and. e

Hard worker determined to bring stability in any organisation.

Deals with misconduct , grievances and disputes on a daily basis. Engage myself with organised labour, management and concerned staff all the times. I have learned how to deal with different types of people, i.e. good understanding of diversity management. I enjoy debates with different types of people particularly arguing about legislation and policies.

Pros: Funds in government limited.
Cons: over 40 hours per month (remunerated or non remunerated)

Acquired contract management certificate

working at my company is okay but the only problem is that it is not challenging enough to make one grow. There's no growth even if if tou have qualification.

I strong believe in my self

I would like to work in An Organization where I can use my qualifications &Skills to change or play a big role in people’s lives. The job I am applying for is a good opportunity for me to work actively and productively in my field of expertise and apply my skills. My Aim is to make a difference in my work-place through my Contribution and to touch the lives of my co-workers through my positive Attitude. Learning new opportunities & reaching daily stats. Team work and ability to work under pressure.

Processing claims of clients daily, accepting medical reports, checking duplicate invoices and preparing claims for adjudication. Working with my colleagues was most exciting thing and assisting each other regarding different codes of invoices and learning new things daily at work more especially codes used to process claims. Relationships between the team and supervisor was easy and encouraging each other to achieve daily targets. The most challenging aspects was many duplicate and more rejected invoices. Medical Service Providers used to send 1 invoice many times and becomes more duplicate invoices.

Pros: Great room for growth and team work
Cons: Being able to work overtime sometimes even on weekends also working at night because our system was faster.

Exellent learning curve

the department thought me so much about about the cooperate world and how to deal with my emotions while I'm at work. team work,leadership skills,to be independent and escalated matters were necessary

Pros: well not sure about that but we where never that exposed to pros
