Excellent learning experience
Ensuring suppliers are paid within 30days; Distribute Payrolls Work on Projections Monthly Budget meetings Capture claims on system. I well very well with co-workers from different levels. I have learnt to work with people from different backgrounds; communication is very important to both internal and external clients. Working with people is what I enjoy most; when someone leaves my office and I managed to assist or refer the person.

Excellent learning curves
It is nice to work with social workers and seeing things from their point of view. I do their Supervisor's admin for her. Not everyone can stay calm like them whole day. Helping the community with their problems is what makes the team happy.

Excellent learning curve
I render casework, group work and community services to surrounding residents, compile reports about the social factors that are affecting them and refer them to relevant stakeholders such as SASSA offices,SAPS and NGO'S. I have got great working relationship with my colleagues and honour all tasks that my supervisor delegate to me in due time. I have learnt to respect everyone within a work place environment as it enables an individual to enjoy such setting. The most challenging factor is dealing with demanding clients who might even come to the office being drunk. I enjoy adding new ideas and bringing value of the institutional that I'm serving as it makes me grow professionally and personally.

Learning curve
Working with government is has its highs and lows. The good thing about working in government is having job security even during recession periods. However there is stagnation and no growth re-career wise.

Excellent learning curve
I am a graduate from Tshwane University of Technology where I did my B-Tech Degree in Finance and Accounting Public. I am a highly motivated self-starter, proficient in the use of several computer programs such Microsoft word, excel, power point and access, with a flair for figures. I am very good in Strong writing, reporting skills and verbal communications. I have an ability to produce high-quality written reports, to work in a fast-paced and pressurized environment and to administer and maintain an effective and efficient movement of records.

Excellent in learning
It is a company that operates five days per week on Saturday we work for extra hours if there Is s serious ceremony. It is a warm and a friendly environment where every employee is cooperative. What I have learned is that is in how to handle cases and work under pressure in many in many instances. I also learned on how to solve different obstacles. What I have learned the most is that you are able to help people and solve their problems where they need help at. The most challenging aspect about is that it becomes very difficult to solve cases if the client is vulnerable and you become vulnerable too instead of solving the case.
