Great experience, learnt alot from colleagues both good and bad
big had a great learning experience the the department of social development. Obtained my diploma after 18 months of work. My role was checking and verify claims, processing payments and batching payment. Documents management(filing, scanning copying)

General correspondent secretary,good planning, Filling skill
Assisting of the clients and also greeting of the clients, Answering incoming calls and outgoing call, transfer the calls to the relevant person and also taking a message, emailing and faxing of the documents. Filling the manger's files. Clerical in the organisation, assisting other official's of typing. During lunch time I having lunch with my collegues and also make conversation with the co-worker. I've learnt how to assist the clients to the relevant person. What I enjoying the most at work is to work with people I really like to assist of the clients, The most challenging is to deal of the aggressive client.

I am excellent in learning new things
I do my woek in an exceptional way leave with no regrets and I commit my self during working hours.my relationship with my Co workers it's a good relationship because we work together as a team we give out ideas that will benefit our work positively.in this department I have learned a lot, i came in this department with no clue on their work related but now I master all.what I enjoy the most is working out to field where you work with community and being engaged with other stakeholders.what challenges the most is to mobilise, because sometimes you might find that people are not interested in what you are telling them and you have to make a means that you win them over.

I was working normal hours, i gained a lot of experience needed and the relationship with my colleagues was god as my Manager taught me how to handle the conflict at the workplace, What was problem to me is when we went to meeting and workshops i was like disappear before we can start but now i have self

Great working experience
Currently I am unemployed but I have worked at the department of social development as their HR intern and I really enjoy working with them and I had a good relationship with my colleagues and always had a good smile smile on face so that can feel free to come and get an assist from me. Working under pressure was nothing to me as I have learned to work different people and communicate with them in a proper manner and also to hunderstand everyone's different character since I was working in HR and be able to handle any conflicts which can rise. velopment as

Excellent learning curve
The 10 years that i have been in the department has not only made me skilled but taught me a lot about work ethic and stakeholder relations management. I have since decided to try my wings and look for other job opportunities to challenge me further and grow my skillset

rrrrrrgrgrgrIt is state controlled, i have been lucky enough to work there for the past 2 years and have loved every bit of it. Working with other 5 sub office that are under the department was a bit challenging becuase i dealt with a massive amount of users. That provided challenges and pressures but nothing i have ever stressed about. I felt it was part of how the learning curve came about.IT support services come with socialising with users so in that area of interpersonal relation i made sure all user able to ask help with anything tech related which was heath for the working relationship. Definitely being on the road working at other offices was what I enjoyed the most
