The work is to assist the Minister in her day to day running of the Ministry, I manage Submissions comingbfrom Dept and Soe,'s, I have to lase with stake holders internally and externally, we xonstantly work under pressure of meeting parliamentary deadlines and stake holders, Good working relationship with in the Ministry and Department, travelling cosintantly.I have learnt to be more Humble and Pressured at allvtimes cause failure of meeting deadlines can compromise the country and the President Perfomance

Pros: Exposure to different working environments, like in Parliament and been exposed to processes of Soe's and their different operations, also travelling in different countries give exposure to different methods of different goverments experiences

Excellent experience

First time employment in public service, great exposure to policies and constitution. However the public service mentality hampers services, and the red tapes are of concern. If one is not belong to a since group discrimination and elimination are show to make you exit that workplace

Great exposure

In my 11 years of employment. I believe that I have acquired a lot of skills and experience. was working as a Responsibility Officer. Dealing with clients who were trying to locate their Accident Reports in order to be able to submit their claims at Road Accident Fund. Also attending to the general administration of the office. Worked at the Legal Section since April 2015. I was seconded there. Started to work as a Secretary in August 2007 and around in January 2009 was rank promoted to be the Personal Assistant. Was responsible amongst other things for the preparation of Quarterly Reports in preparation for submission to the Office of the Premier, Attending the In-Year Monitoring meetings, Attending to Request for Information by the Auditor General's office, Preparing Bas Reports, Bookings, Petrol claims and attending to all other office matters as required by my Superiors. Furthermore, maintaining a sense of urgency on all work activities. Encouraging team work.

Great learning experience to work environment

The staff are very nice. Each staff member is willing to help one another at all times. They are always check see you are okay. Members of staff are always assist any member of staff who has transport difficulties. A typical day involves answering any queries from any contractor or finding amicable solutions to their queries. A typical day also involves pulling files that needed of specific and filling them when used in organized manner.

Cons: Lots of Fringe benefits

Hard worker and eager to learn more

I'm a hard worker and a people's person ...I treat every race the same to be polite and to assist where I can . I love to work with people . I will always be available to assist my co- workers as we becomes like family . I have learned alot as my employer will always gives me the opportunity to go on training and to apply what I have learned.The most challenging aspects of my job was always to improve in my duties and to received a performance bonus my the end of the year .

Hard working

I hold a diploma in civil. I have more than.....years of experience as a candidate eng tech. I am a person who works well under pressure and enjoy challenging assignments. My aim (or goal) is an opportunity to apply my technical experience and creative problem solving skills, n I would love to dig in much deeper and take my career path to the next level knowing that your company can give me that chance to show off my skills and in the same time equip me with the opportunity to focus my energy on my best strength, serving the public

Excellent learning curve

My Expirience with the company was a success as to giving me the training i needed that time to finish my Diploma . I had a chance to work with different engineering teams from from several sectors.
