I work everyday as expected and i have a good relationship with my co-workers, i have learned so many things that will strengthen my career.I have learned new communication skills and administration skills. I enjoy assisting managers in decision making processing,writing minutes and preparing events. There is no much challenges because even if i encounter them i work so hard to achieve productive.

Learning Curve

The typical day in our office is processing requisition request through procurement processes and attending to public and contractors inquiries. A very demanding environment, It requires patience and calmness as we deal with the public and contractors on a daily basis. The relationship between I and my colleagues is very good and we interact daily as our functions or activities are intertwined. I enjoy the practical aspect of SCM functions and interacting with the public during service delivery. The most challenging thing about our department is dealing with suppliers or contracts that do not understand the SCM processes
