Good environment for learning different aspects
Working environment is great because thre are lot to learn. Relationship with my colleagues is not bad at all we work as a team and learn from each other. Sealing with the public can be challenging sometimes but I managed to give my best and do my work with a good manner.

Excellent learning curve
It was very good to work were i was working until my contract expired,there was always room for learning,there was good mentirship and i built my confident and did my job to my level best.i learned to conduct career expos,to assist staff with their daily quiries about bursaries ,i enjoyed the part of recruitment and selection,conducting interviews and the whole preparation process was just the best part of my job,i learned to make payments for external bursaries that we offer to the public,to upfate the bursary information and to ensure that there is consistency,all in all i did a lot of administration work for the office,i did filing as well.
Pros: Great opportunity for experience

I got lot of experience in Transport because we went to lots of trainings
I am a hard worker, I am a energetic worker i can work alone or in a team, i try to finish my work on time before due date, i like to learn new things
Pros: I would love to be promoted because the salary I am being paid is not what I am supposed to be paid with the work that i am doing

Good learning environment
I do all IT related jobs from minor daily IT solutions to complicated server and program interventions. I am involved in the executive board so i am part of the company decision makers and am often stand in for the senior manager when on leave or out of the office.
Pros: Broad and gives a chance to learn more and stay updated
Cons: No assistant to assist with minor IT solutions

It was a great opportunity to gain experience and knowledge in my career.
I was working as Admin Officer Our relationship was so great with co-workers I learnt to be committed in work and meet deadlines. I enjoyed working with different types of people. The most challenging aspect was when we had to finish a task within short period of time, but I was able to reach the goal.
Pros: It was great opportunity to work in that company.
Cons: The were no opportunities of growth.

Strong minded
Every day in the morning I plan for the week based on the work available, I priorities the activities. I have a good communication with my co- workers. They are like my second. I have learn more about roads transport and monitoring and evaluation. I have enjoyed working with different people around the country. The challenge is that road branch is very big and there is lot of work to be done.

There are few chances to grow and improve yourself on the field chosen.
it is a job where learning new things is minimal and the duties to be performed are not broad as one could actually desire. once you know that part of the job at entry you will not learn anything new thereafter because that is the job you will be doing. The working environment is healthy and productive due to the fact that we co-operate with each other on a professional level.
Pros: Not sitting at home doing nothing, keeps the mind occupied.
Cons: No room for growth or develop whatsoever.

I have gained a very good experience from the Department of Transport - Finance Section.
Working for the Department of Transport Finance Section has been a good learning curve to me. I have managed to learn all the areas of Finance Section for the past 12 years.I believe that the experience I have gained at Finance will take me somewhere and i know that working with a team is a great tool use to achieve the goals and plans.
Pros: I have gained a good working experience.
Cons: I wish the experience i have gained at Department of Transport could help me in my working environment to explore my skills and learn new areas of work.
