I have learned how to use the scanner to count stock.
The company was operating from 6 to 6 and there was also a night shift working days. I was working four days a week which two days during the day and two days during the night. The relationship between me and my co-workers was good because we were working as team to make the production in the company. i have learned that if you are worker u need to communicate along with team and so that your will be a strong bonded team and that is what i am enjoying most. The most challenging aspects is when the co-workers are not getting along amongst each it is going to make a disaster in the team and the production will drop.

The most challenging aspects of my job
coordinating deliveries and supply from various suppliers locally , nationally and international. Stock shortages which have potential of stopping production Suppliers not adhering to delivery schedules

Good Company
I am a well-established and complete supply chain professional. I have six years work experience within the FMCG sector (The South African Breweries) and a year experience within the automotive sector (DHL/Ford Motor Company) as a Supply Chain Liaison manager that involves the logistics of part materials into plants with a team of six individuals. I hold a bachelor’s degree in in B.com Supply Chain Management & Marketing as well as a honours degree in B.com Hons Supply Chain Management. I am passionate about driving excellence, improving work methodology, Cost saving and ensures people are winning together.

Excellent learning curve
im good honest reliable hard worker and well presentable i give 110% of my self if not i make sure that it is done correctly and the way its been expected.im a quick leaner profficient with ms office,power point,basic access,call centre,sap,receiving and office clerk.im good with people and i enjoy working with all types customer service is also important.

Great opportunity for growth
it is such a nice company to work for with a good culture planted in all employees driven by wanting to move forward. some times we work long hours and shift pattern depending on work load and customer requirement. it is a good place to work for as you lean how to tolerate and accommodate individuals with different character as we liaise with clients mostly. Remember when working with client or customers, you have to be professional as practicable as possible and dress professionally without compromising industrial PPE requirement. i have work in work with all department and all operations as i control quality management system with give me an exposure to be in a role where i am the one to balance operations, business relationship with client, health and safety of the employees, client and visitors and also quality which includes customer satisfactions.

Good Availability- II have more than 11 years of FMCG's (Distribution and Warehousing) exposure and I have been working as a CHEP Pallet Controller for more than 10 years , and as Buyer (18 Months) and Logistics Supervisor for (2 years). I was employed by SGX Logistics as a CHEP Pallet Controller and Invoice Supervisor, maintaining a theoretical record of all pallets on hand by accurately processing of all THANs documents received or dispatched My function includes all the processes at inbound (receiving) side and the outbound (dispatching) side of pallet/stock for Pick n Pay DC .We work in a high-pressured environment with time constraints and deadlines. I work well under pressure. I have a great attention to detail. I am a quick learner and a perfectionist. My Computer packages include: SAP (ERP100 and EWM106), SYSPRO, CPPS,MS Word, MS Excel, Internet and Outlook, mmediately Kind

Facilitating work assignments – Receiving and setting up work Orders, Appointing work crews, sending out transport vehicles And delegating the daily workloads. Updating spreadsheets And typing relevant information into customer. Filling needed paperwork in physical and digital forms.

Opportunity to be exposed to different department for more knowledge and information
My work can be very hectic at time in such a way that I can work extra hours in order to keep the line moving. Everyone gets to assist each other if needs be, even if they are not from the same department. What i enjoy most is when i get to investigate the problem and get to practice my lean tools such as the root cause analysis(fishbone). The most challenging part of the job is when we have to work extra hours with less time to rest.
